For my trip this location was suitable but the service quality was in average level.

Basic rooms, but convenient as it’s very close to LCY. Easy access to Prince Regent DLR station.

Not as noisy as people say in the review. Typical travelodge.

The price is not expensive, good location. However, it is quite noisy cuz the airport is nearby.

런던시티공항을 이용하기 위해 묶었던 호텔이어서 가깝고 좋았다. 다만 인터넷을 하기 위해서는 3파운드의 요금을 따로 지불해야 했다. 그것이 별로 기분을 좋지 않게 만들었다.

Great location but not a great hotel. BUT cheap and you get what you pay for. Issues included broken plugs and no shower gel. Restaurant has large noise TV's which were intrusive. Food quality was poor.

Fantastic hotel and great staff In particular :Sham/Alina / Dan I work away and a bug bare is miserable staff who don’t really want to help you but these 3 make staying a great experience. Alina has a permanent smile and Sham and Dan will happily natter away to you in what is a very busy hotel but still find time to engage with you while getting on with what always seems a very busy shift It’s not to say the rest of the staff aren’t good but I only ever seem to deal with the 3 mentioned.

Dinner at Dans in the Travelodge The Punjab Chicken Tikka was succulent and tasty Whole food Salad very nice Service excellent Would recommend Chips are chips but with malt vinegar very nice Dan was a happy customer related person who made our dinner very enjoyable Thanks Dan

Great location for City Airport, very little noise for being so close. Only 10 min walk to Excel if you are here for a conference. Check in pretty swift and friendly. Room very clean and bed was great as always. Dan in the Cafe Bar was super helpful and very cheery at his work!

I just wanted to share my experience at Travelodge in the UK and give a shoutout to their exceptional service. The hotel was fantastic, and Mr. Hathim's helpfulness made my stay even better. It's great to see such dedication to guest satisfaction. Thumbs up to Travelodge and a big thank you to Mr. Hathim for making my stay memorable.

There really should be bollards in place to prevent theft of vehicles. Car keys were in my room and they still managed to take my car. DO NOT park your car here at ANY time

Basic rooms but fairly cheap. Bathroom flooded when using the shower as the shower curtain dripped all over the floor, would have been better to have a shower screen, a bath mat was not provided and when I went to reception to ask for one I just got a blank stare off the guy at reception, so I was provided with a towel instead. Bed uncomfortable, could feel the springs. Room cards stopped working after we went out so had to ask reception to reactivate. DLR trains went past window every couple of minutes but the window has a secondary screen so this blocks put the noise, unfortunately the room was very warm so had to keep window open at night so was disturbed by the noise. TV is on the desk, would be much better for it to be fitted to the wall so it can be viewed in bed. Usually stay at premier inn, far better quality and their beds are much more comfortable. Hotel is in the middle of an industrial estate but convenient for the airport and there is a bus stop opposite that will take you there within a few minutes. Overall it's a basic hotel and cheap and you get what you pay for.

The hotel is OK, but the food was excellent. Dan was a great cook, and the food was far better than I expected. A good choice, cooked to order and much better than the usual Travelodge food. It's a new ish hotel. In a good location, near the city airport and the DLR makes it an easy access to London town.
