Парковка и услуги парковщика немного дороже. Все остальное идеально. очень тихий. Оформление ретро. Вода в ванной огромная, как водопад. Мне очень понравилось. Оформление очень ретро, ​​мне нравится😘

Отель маленький и изысканный, а красивый белый парень на стойке регистрации очень приятный. Этот отель находится недалеко от коммерческой улицы Беверли-Хиллз, примерно в десяти минутах ходьбы. Гостиница выполнена в ностальгическом стиле, в коридорах и номерах висят фотографии классических голливудских фильмов, а изюминкой отеля является большой балкон в номере.

Каждый сотрудник в отеле очень приятный, и пейзаж тоже красивый.Посидеть на террасе с чашечкой кофе и посмотреть на логотип Голливуда вдалеке - одно удовольствие! Очень приятное пребывание!

Probably the worst check out experience for me in my entire life. 1, destination charges, they charge you $60 per day and give you $32 credit daily and if unused it’s gone! 2, $65 daily parking fee 3, late check out after 12pm. I’m a diamond member at hiltons and I get as late as 4pm check outs! So I checked out at 2pm and they said it’s too late. The guys at the front desk: 1, Robin, nice at first but was not helpful and applied the $100 late check out fee, WITHUT warning me at check in!!! He definitely did not say the check out was at 12pm and he knew I was a diamond member! 2, ALl valet parking guys were nice I am so disappointed and will never stay at this hotel again! Do not stay here unless you’re prepared to pay 2x the total bill. Can easily stay at other nicer hotels.

The hotel is situated near residential areas, so it’s quiet at night and safe. Most of the male staff are kind of friendly however the female staff (one bartender, one at the service desk are extremely rude). When I checked in the hotel, the toilet was flooded and TV remote wasn’t working. They fixed it promptly afterwards which is fine. However, don’t book the hotel unless you considered these few things: 1) there is a resort fee is $58 USD added on top of your booking, they offer $32 dining credit with the resort fee but charge $8USD for delivery fee for in-room dining (not including tips, tax etc) 2) valet parking is $66USD. There are no many parking options near the hotel so you have no choice but to pay these. Don’t be fooled by the cheap room prices until you consider these extra cost abovez So if you stay in the hotel, be prepared to be charged additional ~ $120 USD per night on top of what you’ve booked here on trip .

The hotel room shower system was broken, a total disaster when I wanted to have a shower at midnight. I have to pack all my luggages and go back to the hotel lobby and change my room. It was very disappointing, although the view was nice and parking was cheap.

Very good location. Room is clean and tidy. Very quiet at night which helped us recover from jet leg.

Location is amazing, but our room faced the street and is noisy. Don’t get the street facing view. Room style js nice and very clean, lobby area is good provide free tea and coffee, breakfast is good. Room is clean, bottled water is limited must request. There is no thermos and fridge is provided upon request. Pool was under maintenance so you’ll have to use Marriot’s pool across the road. Usd32 per night fee is given as credit to use towards hotel f&b (20% service charge is not included).

We missed one night stay in Cameo Beverly Hills because our flight was delayed. They refused to refund the booking fees and the resort fees, not even partial refund, even after explaining our situation. Because we missed one day, our schedule in LA was very tight. One day when we decided to use the hotel credits to have dinner at the bar, where we only ordered food, the bartender rudely said, 'This is a bar, are you ordering any drinks?' We were tired and hungry and wasn't in the mood for drinks but just ordered one anyways because of the attitude. The worst thing is, one night, the room beside us on the same floor came back all high and partying with loud music blasting at 2 am. The walls were so thin, even our room and bed were shaking. We were already freaking exhausted and was awake. We called the reception THREE times to resolve this and even after the third time, the room continued talking really loud. The group of people left at 4 am and we finally had peace. But because of this commotion and lack of sleep, I fell sick. Weirdly, even though it's a room for 2 pax, they only provided 1 pair of room slippers and I had to get it from the reception. We had made known of the partying night to the reception before our stay ended and the reception just said, 'Sorry.' That’s all. We did not enjoy our stay at Cameo Beverly Hills hotel and wished we didn't book all 4 nights with them. Being a Hilton affiliated hotel, I think the service standard is just unacceptable.

There is a shocking mandatory charge imposed on us, which can be used for dining (forced dining) - about 42USD per room per night. The service was pretty bad as well, the housekeeper we called didn’t even bring the requested items to us…. And when we went to the lobby to request for umbrella and bottled water, receptionist shared that they don’t even have those.

Great views! Great amenities, we had to request for a few essential things to be brought on but over all a great experience!
