Lujan de Cuyo B&B

We had an amazing time on our honeymoon here. We extended our stay after the first few days. We felt like family here with the staff. The location was perfect to visit wineries and also central to take an Uber to downtown. Family style meals with wine was fantastic. We made many friends. We will be back soon!

This B&B offered an incredibly restful stay, wonderful customer service, and some of the best food I have ever eaten! We were only able to get reservations for 2 nights of our 10 day stay in Mendoza at the Lujan de Cuyo B&B, but could have happily stayed the full 10 nights and then some. Each morning there was a very nice breakfast including your choice of cooked eggs, media luna of several types, yogurt, cereal, toast, meats, cheeses, fresh fruit, jams, spreads, etc. You'll leave breakfast stuffed enough to go until late afternoon before you're ready to eat again. In the afternoon, Claudia will be in touch (if you've indicated you'll be joining the dinner service) to request your selection for the evening's meal, which she cooks fresh daily, to perfection. Meals are eaten at a shared table, and if you've asked for wine, you'll be treated to multiple wines during the meal as Claudia opens and serves a bottle of wine for each 2 people consuming for each dinner. So if 10 people are having wine, you'll get to have pours from 5 different wines during your meal. If it had been possible, I'd have spent several days in the kitchen observing what she did to prepare our food as Claudia is extraordinary in what she produces daily. If you get to stay here, don't miss out on having at least one meal prepared by Claudia. Note that the restaurant/dinner service is a stand-alone business and you'll pay Claudia separately from your B&B bill. There are not a lot of supporting businesses very nearby, but there is one small store a few hundred meters towards the highway that carries bottled water, soda and wines and food items. Uber was available to and from Mendoza to the B&B, and the property provided a car service for some of the guests staying at the same time we were there.

We stayed for 4 nights and it could not have gone better. As others have pointed out the service provided by Mauricio and his staff are second to none. Any bookings you need they will effortlessly arrange and provide invaluable suggestions to make your stay the best possible. The air conditioned rooms are immaculate, the large grounds well shaded to provide relief from the hot summer sun and the pool is great to cool off in. Do not discount how amazing the meals are by Claudia. As good as any restaurant in the area with fantastic wines in a beautiful relaxed setting. We could not have been happier with our stay here and would highly recommend as an option for your stay in the Mendoza area.

Just got back from a wonderful experience here. I can’t recommend it enough and we are already planning the next trip. Maricio and Augustine helped plan our every day adventures and had tons of recommendations of where to go. Christian was our driver and was wonderful. Claudia made amazing meals every night and I am missing her so badly right now! She was fantastic! And of course I can’t forget Mora, Poncho and Pedro who greeted us every day. 🐕 I have never stayed anywhere like this where everything was taken care of for you and you could totally relax. It’s a beautiful property, quiet with a pool and breakfast in the morning so you can start your day off right going on a wine tour or tasting or just relaxing by the pool. And coming back to have dinner made for you while you mingle with other guests while drinking amazing wine and eating Claudia’s delicious food was the best part. Don’t stay anywhere else!

Austin, Clau, Maurice were all AMAZING! I don’t know where to start. Clau is the chef! She prepares nightly dinners for the guests. Her food is out of this world! Her English is perfect which is helpful at the table if needed. The courtyard is so relaxing with the new pool! The casita’s are perfect for your privacy. It’s just a stunning setting. So relaxing and welcoming! Ask Maurice for a visit to the wine cellar ! It’s a family owned business and they treat you like it! The breakfast is great! You have service 24/7 for drinks, whatever you need. The three dogs on property are so nice! If you give Clau notice she will make dinner for you on your return. We had dinner the first night with 16 guests. The 2nd night there was one couple and she made a romantic setting in the courtyard for them! Austin set up two days for us to sightsee. A must is the Olive vineyard, Bofanti, the dam! Maurice was always around checking in on guest. I don’t want to leave! Until next time my Luján de cayo family and friends! ❤️❤️❤️

This B&B is outside the city of Mendoza closer to the vineyards. The staff was extremely helpful and gave us outstanding advise on wine tasting, olive tasting, excursions and restaurants. They even made all of our reservations!There are only 6 cabins in this establishment, next to the family’s home. The employees are the heart of this B&B. Mauricio knows the area like back of his hand. Claudia runs the kitchen and is a gourmet chef. The ability to go out and wine taste all day and come back to a home-cooked meal at your hotel was just wonderful. The dinners were communal with everyone in the patio, enjoying conversation with other guests and the wonderful food. Breakfast is traditional Argentine but you can ask for eggs made to order . The rooms are big, clean and well equipped. The pool was my oasis and aside from a bit of street noise I slept in a lounge chair in the sun and enjoyed every minute. The best part, the 2 “guard dogs”, Pancho and Mora, who were expecting puppies and were better at sleeping in the sun than anything else. Lovely place and wonderful experience.

We had a great visit to the Mendoza area and it was facilitated by the great staff. They went above and beyond in ensuring we visited the best wineries, had good transport, and a comfortable place to stay. You can find something fancier but you won’t get the service that Mauricio and Augustin provided.

I had a positive vibe about this place even before getting there. The owner, Nacho, contacted me on WhatsApp after I made the reservations to provide some information about the property and their customs. I had booked 2 rooms for 3 nights - one for my husband and I, and one for a friend traveling with us. Although we arrived late from the airport in Mendoza, we were greeted by the owner in person. The rooms were spacious and clean, with a rustic, warm and welcoming vibe. Nacho met us again the next morning and gave us a detailed description of the area and the available activities. His advice was spot-on, and we had a wonderful time. Breakfast and dinner are served in the cozy dining area on the property. Claudia is a skilled chef that puts forth a wonderful 3-course meal that can rival any 5-star restaurant! Food is paired with a nice selection of wine, and it is a great time for socializing with the other guests. There is a refreshing pool for the hot summer months. The property is kept safe by a pair of nice German Sheppard Dogs (Pancho and Mora) that are friendly and cute! I highly recommend this place. I will definitely stay there again on my next travel to Argentina!

My girlfriend and I had an excellent stay! The staff is super friendly and very helpful with trips. Likewise, the food was very good and the chef and waiter very kind!
