Free lemon water provided in the lobby, location really close to the main train station Lyon part dieu and tram stops. Hotel is just round the corner. Big mall called Westfield nearby, you can get everything there. Nice and tidy room.

Good value for family trip. We didn’t spend much time in the hotel.

The hotel exceeded my expectations. It is a new hotel and room is maintained very clean and tidy considering it is a budget hotel. The beds were comfortable and I like the design of the bathroom. The best part is the location as it is within short walking distance to the Part Dieu Shopping Mall, the railway station, TCL Metro and trams, the Rhone Express to the Airport. This makes settling your stay in Lyon a lot more convenient!

樓下就是火車站，但十分安靜，並沒有轟隆隆咔嚓咔嚓的響聲，旁邊就有一個非常大的商場，吃飯很方便。前台也很友好，我走了以後忘記帶東西，雖然溝通了很久，而且當班小哥沒有交接班，但第二天上班的女生幫我尋找到並郵寄，十分感謝。房間很乾凈。去老城區也可以選擇步行，對於要坐火車的人簡直太方便了，下樓幾十米就到，根本不用擔心。

里昂ibis budget 酒店就在一出站右邊，非常近，房間裏就可以俯瞰車站軌道，但是一點兒聲音都聽不到。窗外景色很美～

As a budget hotel it's obviously basic. But unfortunately as others have pointed out the breakfast staff are rude.. First day I went to the breakfast "buffet" and was left quite disappointed. There are no cooked items available just breads, yoghurts, cereals and raw eggs for you to boil. After being told by staff to put my items back on the tray not on the table, I then witnessed one of the breakfast staff just wandering around the dining area doing nothing which makes no sense as to why we're not allowed to use the tables? She could have been wiping the tables instead of wasting time? They also have nothing to do except dishes ( which we have to empty all leftovers and rubbish into the bin and put it all on the racks so they don't do any tidying ) and top up breads milk etc.. I also then saw the receptionist taking her glass into the dining area to refill with juice but as she did she spilt leftover juice over the dividing wall, stopped, looked at it and kept on walking.. Overall if you want budget / basic with rude staff then go here..

Very basic hotel which is to be expected. What is not to be expected is how rude the staff are at breakfast. Breakfast is also very basic, but they will not allow you to put any items on the table, you have to keep it all on a tray. We got scolded at breakfast for not having our juices on a tray? They don't wipe the tables down and the previous day we cleaned it after use so it was cleaner than it was before we started yet can't put glasses of juice on a table? Unfortunately we have more stays left at Ibis on this holiday but they will be the last!

It’s a good value for the price. Location is great just next to the train and tram station, and staff are friendly and very professional. They hold the luggage while you’re out which is very nice. The room is quite small, but very clean, no door for a bathroom so the sink is visible from the bed. If the hotel is full, you can hear neighbors closing the door. Overall, it’s good value for the price.

First of all thanks to the reception staff who arranged a fan for us, you have no idea how needed that was!! Now about the hotel: - Clean and tidy - Small and basic but comfortable - Pillows are a bit too firm and big. Upon request we got smaller and softer. - Bathroom and toilet small (shower pressure is bit funky so test before you jump in) - No amenities (available only- bat towels, bath mat and shower gel) - Right next to Lyon station (we had nice view of the station from the room) - Reception staff helpful, welcoming and friendly. - Will definitely stay again

Great location to visit Lyon, we got the bus thats 5 mins walk which takes you to the attractions including the old town, which is a must to visit. Its 2 mins walk from the train station. There is a train that takes you from the airport to the station. So perfect if arriving by train or plain.
