Friendly staff, nice breakfast, great central location, aircon broken so room a bit hot.

Was a solo traveler, yet given an accessible room (for wheelchair users) means there is no sofa and a huge empty space in the room. And there are only shower curtains in the toilet instead of glass doors, means bathing would cause some puddle of water in areas of the toilet which can be dangerous as no slippers were provided. The flush was SUPER loud, could feel vibrations on the floor. Housekeeping forgot to lock my door as well. I went back at night with the door lock out and ajar, thankfully nothing was stolen. Got to be very careful on this. Breakfast however was really good despite repeated menu. Very friendly reception and food hall staff as well. I like how hygienic it is to spray the tables with disinfectant for cleaning before the next guest uses it.

Put in an accessible room so seemed to be a bigger room. Tv not a smart TV so no YouTube or able to cast to TV. Have been to other holiday in express hotels and staff did not mention about drink machines available. Free WiFi available. Location just few minutes walk from station and area not next to main road to quiet.Free luggage storage.

Hotel location is good and situated in the city centre. The room is cleaned daily and the room services staff seems doing a good job in this regard. However, the receptionist (female) was somehow showing a bit disgraceful when checking me in.

We stay for two nights. At the first night , the bed was lumpy then I called to the front desk and someone help me to swap the room. I am so appreciate for the service.

Fab location, right next the ‘gooey’, so would recommend however there’s no parking on site and breakfast is average.

Overall a nice stay. The room was comfortable and had everything I needed.
