Отель красиво оформлен традиционной марокканской мебелью и произведениями искусства, а номера просторные и комфортабельные. Отель также прекрасно расположен в медине, в нескольких минутах ходьбы от многих главных достопримечательностей города. С террасы на крыше открывается потрясающий вид на город, а бассейн — идеальное место для отдыха после долгого дня осмотра достопримечательностей.

該酒店位於老城中心位置。靠近一個500多年的古墓。每天都有很多人遊覽。這個酒店可以講叫做市內桃園，周邊的環境不太好。據服務員講，該酒店從2002開始新建先買了一棟房子，後來又買了八棟。業主~~法國人將九棟房子進行整體的進行裝修，連在一起。設計非常的考究，體現了摩洛哥的民族風格，每一個細節都非常的細膩，堪稱藝術品。三層的屋頂佈滿了鮮花，各種佈局。非常的新穎。感覺極其温馨。 酒店的餐飲品種比較少，味道也一般，比不上其他的九點。價格也不便宜。 總體來説這個酒店還是很有特色的。住上一兩天沒有問題。

酒店很小眾在老城區，可以感受到當地風土人情. 拍照很上相，很有特色，可以定一晚體驗一下. 設施就不要對標五星酒店進行，服務人員也盡力服務了

Крайне разочарованы отелем. Ни о каких 5* и речи идти не может. Приехали в отель 03.05.2023 и были в шоке, тк отель старый, сервиса нет, завтраки не вкусные и очень странно организованы. Мы с семьей были в Марокко с 03.05-07.05 и за это время успели посмотреть и пожить в 3-х отелях: La Sultana Marrakech, Selman Marrakech и Royal Mansour Marrakech, все они заявлены, как самые лучшие отели Марракеша. Отель Royal Mansour Marrakech и Selman Marrakech действительно соответствуют хорошим 5*, а вот La Sultana-это максимум 3*! Если хотите испортить впечатление об этой прекрасной стране-вам в La Sultana. Основное: номера маленькие и старые, невыносимо жарко везде, кормят отвратительно, персонал отеля никак не реагирует. Возможно, именно в наш приезд, что-то пошло не так, но нам есть с чем сравнить и отель La Sultana не может быть 5*.

An exceptional Moroccan style hotel with very authentic riads. An excellent stay and thanks to the staff who were very kind and attentive to every detail. Excelent trip!!! The pools and hammam are very good and so is the restaurant on the top terrace.

Exceptional stay. Ms. Saida and her concierge team were the utmost professionals and delivered superior service that reached far beyond any expectations. They made sure all of the details were covered so we could have a worry free holiday. The whole team deserves the highest of praise. Even though we only spoke English, this wasn’t a problem for anyone at the hotel, and we felt most welcomed.

Mindblowing personalised service (not overbearing but by some sixth sense the staff recognise what you desire before you do!), remarkable architecture located centrally in the Medina but tucked away and within the structure of the riads totally peaceful and almost oasis like.

One of the most memorable experiences I've ever had, the staff was wonderful and attentive, the location was beautiful and majestic and the spa was great! I can't wait to get back there.

We loved La Sultana. Everything about the place is first class. The riads that make up the property all have beautiful courtyards that are kept cool even in Morocco in June. The beds are comfy. Our room was lovely. The first night the AC was dripping a little water, but when we mentioned it to the front desk, they took care of it right away. The staff was professional and knowledgeable. We had a private driver and the place is located very conveniently for pickup/drop off. The rooftop bar is also lovely as is the pool. All in all, it made our trip to Marrakech so memorable. We're planning a return trip to Morocco now. It is pricey, but worth it. The decor is authentic, unlike some of the other high end Morocco hotels, which we appreciated.

Simply the best spot in the city. Unreal. Every touch and experience. Do the hammam in the spa. Life changing. Overall, just a superb experience full of top service, serenity and relaxation. A quiet getaway in the midst of the beautiful turmoil of the old city.

I cannot imagine a better place to stay in Marrakesh. The service was impeccable, I was treated incredibly well. All details were above and beyond. By the time I left I felt like I was leaving my family because that is how they make you feel at La Sultana. I am very grateful for this experience. And I will be back!

We attended for lunch, which was excellent, and ended up trying every cocktail on the menu. 5 star service and wonderful atmosphere, with personalised service from all staff. Beginning with a beautiful escorted walk through the stunning Riad up to the sun-soaked rooftop, ask for Mustapha for the best cocktail in Marrakesh.

La Sultana is a gem in the wonderful city of Marrakech. Located in the Kasbah, it is a very short walk to the main souks and several museums and gardens, all of which deserve a visit. The hotel is of the highest order with the guest wanting for nothing. Great ambience, professional and attentive staff, every detail has been considered. Be sure to avail yourself of the spa, and book in for a hamam during your stay. La Sultana is a great way to start or finish your Moroccan adventure. A treasure in Marrakech
