Отличное расположение, но карты доступа к номерам постоянно переставали работать, и одна из кроватей была не заправлена. Остальные удобства были в порядке.

Отличное расположение — пара минут ходьбы от торгового центра Bourke St Mall. Рядом много ресторанов. Говядина и туалет в порядке. Отличное место для проживания, если вам нужно какое-то мероприятие в городе и достаточно комфортное место, чтобы собраться и переночевать. Идеально для шопинг-уикенда.

Ванная комната показалась мне отвратительной. Она была вся в плесени, а в душевой кабине повсюду был мыльный налёт, большие чёрные комья отваливались от крошечной ступеньки, отделяющей душ от ванной – это было отвратительно. Душ был ужасен, из-за какого-то давления воды он затапливал ванную. Персонал был безразличен при регистрации и выезде, не уверен, что я хоть раз улыбнулся. В пункте сдачи багажа я простоял 10 минут, пока сотрудники препирались, кто отдал не те сумки пассажиру, не обратив на меня внимания. Неловко.

Check-in was smooth and the staff were genuinely friendly, creating a great first impression. The hotel’s location is ideal—nestled between two major roads within the CBD’s free tram zone. My room was on the 9/F and top floor, spacious and well-appointed. Though the hotel is surrounded by buildings and doesn’t offer any view, it’s peaceful and practical. coin-operated laundry and dryer are available onsite, with laundry powder sold at reception for $1 AUD, which is quite handy for extended stays. The television doesn’t support direct login to streaming platforms like Netflix, but I easily mirrored content from my personal device. This workaround worked well for casual viewing during my downtime. There were a few downsides. One pillow had a visible mold stain, which raised a hygiene concern. I had my Do Not Disturb sign displayed throughout my stay, yet housekeeping entered and cleaned the room on my final day. It was an unexpected breach of privacy, and I hope the hotel takes note and reinforces respect for guest preferences. Despite these minor issues, the overall experience was highly satisfying. The combination of its prime location, spacious rooms, thoughtful amenities, and friendly service makes this hotel a dependable and comfortable choice.

Excellent value… Location… large fresh room… convenient and reasonably priced parking … very helpful staff… outstanding !!

The hotel was in a really good location. 5 minutes walk to trams on either ends. 10-15 minutes walk to Melbourne Central. There were also lots of cafes/restaurants around the hotel, heaps of options that are decent eats. There was a lift available for use. The only downside would be terrible wifi. The wifi kept dropping out and was super slow. We ended up just using our data which did drop out in intervals for like a minute or so. Sometimes, there’s like big noises from the road/sewage pipe I’m unsure but it wasn’t often and I’ve only noticed it on one of the days, out of 4 days we stayed. I love the checkout time being at 10am as it’s not too early, allowing for a longer sleep-in time and packing time for us. Check-in and check-out was smooth and quick. We are able to leave our luggages with them before and after which was convenient. Would def recommend to those wanting a decent hotel on a budget!

The Causeway is situated in an excellent location right in the centre of Melbourne city. It is exceptionally quiet at night. The staff were very friendly and helpful and it was great to be able to store our luggage as we arrived earlier than check in. There is no food provision but there are many cafes and restaurants nearby.
