Sonder facilities are absolutely gorgeous. The Polanco, CDMX location was situated between 2 beautiful parks and lots and lots of restaurants. I enjoyed walking around the neighborhood and discovering new places to eat, relax and people watch. The check in and check out process were very easy. They even accommodated an early check-in for me. I will absolutely stay at Sonder again in the future.

Dozens of great restaurants and parks all walking distance. Loved it. The room and place was very clean and our host were very helpful. There were so many beautiful parks all 2 blocks away as well as the restaurants. So many selections. We recommend . Weather you want something relaxing or more of night life.

We enjoyed our stay in CDMX in Polanco. check in was painless and so was reservations. Lots of attractions & restaurants walking distance. Items to note are that there are no AC or laundry in the unit. Nice location if you just need a cozy place to shower and sleep ☺️

Amazing location, would return 100%! Very comfortable room and bathroom, everything is clean and it was exactly what I needed for my business trip. It gets a bit hot during the day (no AC), but I had a big ventilator in the room and that was more than enough! 2 blocks away from “Polanquito”, trendy area with lots of restaurants and nice place to have a nice walk.

I liked this Sonder and would come again for sure. Here is the good and not-so-good about this place: Good: It's a perfect location in one of the nicest neighborhoods in CDMX. The wifi is solid and blazing fast, and the room is clean (although I found old food in the mini-fridge when I checked in). Bathroom and shower were nice. Not so good: No air conditioning, and no housekeeping, so for longer stays (I stayed for a week) you should plan accordingly. Also, highly recommend that if you book this through a third-party site, make sure you have your access codes for the doors before you show up! I did not and it was kind of a nightmare checking in with the security guard. Overall, a very nice option if you get it at the right price!

Great place, location is fantastic, price quality can't be beaten. Its is located int eh heart of polanco, walkiong distance form museums and galleries, shopping, restaurants. Place was clean and tidy, the business center is really big and great place to work

Amazing front desk staff. Great location. Great room. All modern brand new furniture. Very fast Wi-Fi . Cannot get over how cheap this place is for how nice it is. Will always be staying w Sonder moving forward - I see they have locations all over the world. This is the hotel of the future

Excellent attention and clean, the person who attended me on the help center make an excellent job with excellent attitude. Great spot and amazing light on the room, with new stuff and also a beautiful combination of colors.
