Easy to find the hotel from Toronto Pearson International Airport. Lots of eateries in close vicinity.

Overall the service for this hotel is not I expected. Especial for the room cleaning service. They do the cleaning every 2 days. I never stay a hotel not doing the cleaning everyday. Even not do the cleaning as least provide new towels to us but we need go to front desk to request. For me this is not good. The breakfast is so so. The good thing is they provide coffee and hot water for whole day.

The stay was very short so did not get the look around much or use any of the amenities. It served its purpose for the overnight layover. We could not get through to the phone and had to take a taxi from the airport but the shuttle was available to take us to the airport early in the morning.

We had a great stay at the Quality Inn. The staff were friendly and helpful, the room was clean and comfortable, and the location was perfect for our international flight, very close to the airport in Toronto. The breakfast was delicious with plenty of options, and the overall atmosphere was warm and welcoming. I’d definitely stay here again!

Room was fine, basic amenities with bar soap. The shuttle from the airport is nice, but the organization of the shuttle is messy, as we were scheduled for the 4:30am shuttle, but the vehicle was already full so we had to wait longer while they find a cab for us. The evening manager during check in also said she would pack a simple breakfast for us since we miss the free breakfast but the morning manager didn't even know about it so we didn't get anything.

Room was a good size and the Breakfast had variety and was good

Perfect for this price, good amenities. Decent room size, clean and tidy. Good service.

Covenient location because its close to 401. Staff were hard to find sometimes but overall its was a good stay

I am definitely not coming back to this hotel as there was too much noise as was as if the person(s) making  the noise was staying in the room with us,staff members coming 45mins before checking out time to ask if we’re retaining the room or check out.This looked so embarrassing

The staff are always willing to help you out, breakfast is top-notch. You won't regret booking this place.

Staff was pleasant. Parking was horrible and basically not convenient. A little more attention needed in rooms, lampshade looked to have been crunched, dings/dents in refrigerator and walls, USB on night lamp didn't work, cleaning in bathroom specifically where tile met wall had something not cleaned off it. Cooked breakfast was not good, toast/bagels/yogurt and such were fine. The bargain price we got it at, I guess was better than the 3hr turnaround drive it saved us.

This hotel is a *******. Dozens of men visited women in rooms on our floor throughout the night slamming their doors every half hour. We could hear women escorted these men to and from the elevator from our room. Throughout the night these rooms blasted music, unplugged a smoke detector that chirped every 60 seconds, and bounced on mattresses that we could hear from our room. The outside doors do not lock and anyone from the public can enter the hotel hallways and access any room unrestricted.

Good stay. Nice location. Pick up from airport. Nice and clean. Recommended..
