Staff are very nice..facility were very clean

The room was not as shown in the pictures. The ice machines smelled like chlorine on both 4th & 6th floors and weren’t working. The USB in the desk was not even connected to anything. The safe had the keypad hanging off The room was hotter than the desert and not able to adjust The room keys worked “sometimes” Pullout sofa bed was terrible for comfort

Every thing was disgusting at the hotel and it was under staffed. I didn’t even spend the night o left and slept in my car instead.

Had a very comfortable stay although the furnishings and hotel itself are dated and in need of a refurb and some good cleaning as noted in some of the other reviews. Main areas of room were clean, but some things were lacking, ie. finger prints on drawers, doors needing wiped down, etc. Housekeeping was lacking -- bed was not made while we were out for the day, towels were not all replaced. But the bathroom was clean, the bed was clean and VERY comfortable which is one of the most important things for me. Front desk staff very helpful and courteous. And as noted in other reviews, still only one functioning elevator which slowed things down at times. Overall a good stay and would stay again.

No AC was just blowing hot air, they switched us rooms and had the same thing happening

Nice room with king size bed which was comfortable also had a comfortable chair for watching tv or reading. Bathroom was in need of some cosmetic work. Shower/tub was a little slippery when standing in it and the water wasn’t as hot as I like and the toilet was loose.

Hotel housekeeping made sure we wake up around 9am both Saturday and Sunday morning despite do not disturb hanging sign at our doors. We had 2 rooms at the end of 8th floor, room across us were not occupied, housekeeping came to our door did not knock due to do not disturb sign but keep calling room service again and again to make sure we wake up and check out early Sunday morning.

We stayed in a nice big suite with 2 queen beds overnight. Check in and out went ok. Property is is a good location. Hotel needs updating, it’s showing it’s age, wear and tear Room had a musty dirty smell that didn’t go away. Probably one of the better places to stay around here if you have a family due to the good sized suite. Would not hesitate to stay here again due to the value and location

Not very clean. Very dated and worn furniture in rooms. Pool was food.

This property is dated and rundown to the point that not only were the facilities and common areas rundown the towels in my room were a very odd shade of grey. I am almost certain they were white at some point. The one front desk clerk that was not on her phone was actually quite polite and helpful.as were the support staff. Make sure you mention that you would like to have your room cleaned or it will not get done. The restaurant was running on limited hours so ya better get in quick if you want any meals. Also they didn't mention the fire alarm and water shut off testing when I booked the hotel room. Hopefully they get the second elevator fixed as it was quite a hassle waiting in the morning for everyone to wait and then pile into one. The exterior was under construction to where I wasn't even sure they were open when I arrived. I would NOT recommend this hotel. There is a Sheraton right across the street I will be trying that hotel on my next trip.
