Everything was perfect. The hotel had very nice refreshing smell. The staff was very friendly a great place to stay. Highly recommended.

I was happy to stay at a nicer hotel in Modesto. The room was nice, not as nice as I was expecting for a new hotel, though. The lamp at the desk didn’t work and the mirror lamp didn’t work. The pool was fine, not heated and very small, but there wasn't anyone there when I went to swim so it was quiet and no kids. The water bottles were $7 each so I didn’t even want to get a drink at the bar. I did like that they had a bar and food, but they didn’t have any breakfast or complimentary coffee or tea out. Better hotel then the Doubletree.

New hotel, modern and clean. They do need to do maint punch items after building it, shower leaks, curtains don’t work right, typical of new builds until you work it all out.
All in all, great hotel.

Hotel was very clean, bed was very comfortable, and I slept very peacefully. I would’ve rated excellent if they had complimentary breakfast, but definitely would stay again.
