Our flight was late arriving to Montgomery, so the was no shuttle available to pick us up. The hotel front desk suggested a cab company for me to call. He also stated that it was the only company that was in service at the time. We called the company and the driver picked us up. On our way to the hotel, the driver (Albert) asked if I had any cash & if I didn’t he would take me to an ATM. So I asked, how much will it cost for the ride. He said $35, I was in stock for a 10 mins or less drive. I felt we were taken advantage of by the driver & the hotel who referred this company to me. The room’s phone was ripped out of the wall. So I had to go to front desk for password for internet connection. The elevator was slow even the staff complained. There were no sheets for the sleeper, and the room was cold. The hotel wasn’t a great experience.
