Fragrant Nature Munnar - A Five Star Classified Hotel

Hotel with nice outlook. Very attentive service. Munnimar took us on a wonderful guided walk. Nice spa trea**ents on site. Rooms a little tired and we found it a little noisy overnight. Otherwise a pleasant stay.

Exceptional position overlooking the tea plantations of Munnar. Food good and room service - Thank you KAMAL - excellent. A modern hotel and the reception staff were particularly friendly and useful. I had a difficulty with mislaid luggage at the airport and was grateful for telephone help.

Visiting from out of the country, I had a wonderful experience at the Fragrant nature hotel inMunnar. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful in the views from my hotel room were absolutely stunning. I enjoyed dinner in the restaurant, friendly room, service and wonderful spa services. The hotel is surrounded by gardens and offers. Nature walks and other activities. My hotel room was spacious with plenty of amenities, the bed was comfortable. This was a great location to explore the area from and I would recommend anyone to stay here if visiting Munar.

Very helpful staff and guides specially ***imaran who gave us very good guidance on our stay. Wonderful views, great breakfast and 5 star service. All around our stay was wonderful and we would stay here again! The location is really amazing!

The hotel was excellent, situated in the valley surrounded by tea planted mountains looking very fresh pretty. The staff were friendly and helpful. Room was clean and neat. The room service reception and dining staff also helpful. We will definitely want to visit again for relaxing and for freshen up.

Lovely hotel, very pleasant staff, beautiful views, awful food Surely a decent chef knows how to serve up boneless chicken without shards of bone in every bite. Or even serve chicken wings and chicken legs. At least you know where you are with those

We had stayed for 2 nights in May 2024. Overall the experience was average. 1. They have amazing view but service can be better. 2.If you want anything they would ask us to call the necessary people directly rather than helping us arrange for the same. 3. Food is good however breakfast service is poorly ***aged. We had asked for some pancake at the live counter as the ones placed in the counter had gone cold. However they asked us to take from the buffet dish itself 4. We had ordered from Thai Green Chicken curry through room service however they had served veg portion and no apology or service recovery was extended. 5. We had to check out early in the morning and they had no drivers to take our car out as it was blocked by another parked vehicle. Security suggested my husband to move the cars 🤦🏻‍♀️. Later some person from engineering depar**ent came and moved the car for us.

We had a wonderful time even though we were only there for a day. The property is fantastic and the views are to die for. Despite the early monsoon the clouds cleared up to showcase the stunning scenery of the mountains and the tea plantations. The service all around was fantastic and the staff was very attentive. Two highlights deserve a special mention.. I took the nature walk with ***i and he took me on a nice and mildly challenging walk through the tea plantations...the views were spectacular and helped me build a nice appetite for a sumptuous breakfast. The second experience was at the coffee shop the day before ..my mom, sister and nephew were very well cared for and entertained by Arpita, a new trainee at the hotel. An out and out peoples person she had such wonderfully simple stories to share that she truly made it a memorable experience. I really do hope she continues to stay there. Fragrant Nature will be lucky to have her and be better off with her.

The property has the best views of munnar. Fog is there for the whole day and night. Infinity pool with the hot water is cherry on top. Spa and staff is too too good. Would definitely recommend for friends, families and couples. we stayed in may and loved it
