The hotel location is great, only a short Uber to close attractions and a 5 min walk from a supermarket and Java house to get coffee. It’s not the cleanest place in the world, we had to ask staff to change sheets before we slept, but they were very helpful and did it quickly. Overall it was a pleasant experience.

Central location, food nearby and great staff. Breakfast is good.

Clean and secure, helpful staff. Good location directly across from restaurant and shopping complex. Walking distance to many other restaurants, bars, and malls. Didn’t have breakfast, it looked just okay, but there is the main restaurant with terrace and a bbq restaurant on ground floor if you prefer not to leave for meals.

The room is spacious. But I would not recommend this place. The hotel is located next to a big club which get really loud. You can walk around during the day but I would not recommend to walk arround at night as people get drunk here. The WiFi does not work at all. I have asked for assistance with the internet they have connected it but they also mentioned how slow it is.

It's our 2nd time staying here and it's a great hotel with friendly staff and good location.

I will always return to this hotel because of security, friendly staff & helpful staff. Excellent malls around the area too.

卧具發黃有異味。房間內能聽到舞廳的轟鳴音樂從晚上到凌晨4點。前台和客房服務一般，一樓保安非常好。沒有電吹風，浴室正常。

Had an amazing stay at the crossroads...the ambience the service and the staff were nice they did an exceptional job.. I'd definitely recommend. Carol winnie and doreen at the reception offered wonderful hospitality.. Highly recommend them.

A reasonably priced budget hotel in the Westlands CBD. Went for work but had an opportunity to sample the famous Westlands night life- walking distance! Very helpful & friendly staff👌 Will be back soon

Amazing warm staff, esp at the reception. I forget the names of the Ladiss but they ere so helpful in guiding us to the right restaurants and bars. Clean and well lit rooms. Bathroom is a bit small, but manageable. Though fitted with ACs, those were not working properly in both rooms. But the weather was fine so we didn't complain. Would definitely stay here again if we ever get back to Nairobi.

We stayed at the Crossroads hotel last week. The staff who greeted us were friendly and very professional. In fact, the entire staff for our stay went above and beyond but special mention to Michelle who kept a smile on our face every day!! The rooms are clean and very adequate and the cleaning staff did a great job. The restaurant on the main floor; Barbeque Nation, had lots of vegetarian and vegan options which were delicious. Our only negative, is that the rooms are not well soundproofed. We could hear the television in the next room and some noise from the street. Still, we would stay there again.
