Отель из прошлого, оказавшись в нем вспомнила 2000е. Вся из нулевых. Уставшее, и конечно грязноватое. Большие просторные номера. Огромный бассейн. Хорошие завтраки , очень хорошие и разнообразные👍🏼👍🏼👍🏼 Персонал отзывчивый, внимательный, заботливый 👍🏼 Из отеля открывается красивый вид. Самый главный минус этого отеля от которого я была в шоке, нет возможности оставить чемоданы на время после выезда из отеля, это самый большой минус для меня.

Хороший персонал. Чистые номера. Быстрый чекин и чекаут. Рекомендую

Хороший отель

Не могу сказать, что расположение хорошее. Но вечером можно увидеть индонезийскую культуру вокруг озера. Это весело. Хорошо иметь фен. Персонал любезный. Я доволен.

Отель предлагает 4 ⭐, на самом деле это 1 ⭐, обслуживание плохое и неудобное, также они не понимают так много по-английски. Всегда недопонимание в общении. Даже в первый день, когда я заселился, простыня в спальне не изменилась. Это неприемлемо для условий отеля 4 ⭐ 🛏️. Я не рекомендую приезжать из-за такого плохого обслуживания. Также мне позвонили с стойки регистрации, если вы выезжаете после 12:00 дня, и с вас возьмут еще 50%++ от стоимости номера.

За исключением удобств, отель хорош для 3 звезд. Удобства устарели, они просторные и имеют хороший балкон с видом на озеро. Но каждый раз, когда вы заходите в номер, вы чувствуете сильный запах старого ковра от сигаретного дыма. Тренажеры в спортзале действительно устарели, и на некоторых гантелях есть ржавчина. Оборудование выглядит как спортзал прошлого века.

1. It has a proper swimming pool, and for people who care about cardio exercise, it’s perfect. Sunset time is especially beautiful! 2. It’s an old 5 star hotel, but the room is super spacious and clean. 3. The breakfast is abundant but a little too pricey. And there is no ready-to-drink coffee, meaning we have to pay extra 30,000 for a premium one or either use hot water to make our own thick powder coffee which is super inconvenient. 4.Grab delivery food seems not allowed, but if you are confident in your food quality and pricing, you should not forbid it. 5. Staff are all very friendly and professional. 6. The location is by a lake which is chill and quiet, but Grab cars are usually at least 5 mins away! Make your plans accordingly!

The place was beautiful and very comfortable. They upgraded our room but we wanted the bed setting we had so we didn’t upgrade but nonetheless it was nice. I really enjoyed their breakfast, they had a variety of food. The bed was so comfortable and the staff was super helpful.

We had a truly pleasant stay at this hotel. The service was exceptional—every staff member we met was incredibly friendly, helpful, and attentive. When we arrived a bit early and our rooms weren’t ready yet, the team kindly upgraded both of our rooms to suites, which was a wonderful and unexpected gesture. It made our experience even more memorable. The property may be a bit older in style, but it’s well-maintained, clean, and very comfortable. The suites were spacious and cozy, and we felt very well taken care of throughout our stay. One small note for improvement: the corridors had a slight smell of cigarette smoke, which might be unpleasant for some guests. Perhaps in the future, adding air fresheners or refreshing the carpet could help with that. Overall, we are extremely satisfied with our stay and would happily return. Highly recommended!

Not the cleanest plus there was a sewage smell in the rooms

colleague told me bout this hotel last month (may). since then i tried to spend one night last week. children were so happy. yesterday i booked again for one night. we were pleased. the room was big for the cheap price. there were many small restaurants near hotel. the pool was big and kids loved it. 'somay' & 'indomie rebus' at the pool were idr 25k each (not expensive). the pool was closed at 9pm!. sure, we will often book this hotel in the future!

Helpful and friendly staff. No worries should you want to cook indoors room as induction stove, bowl and laddle included. Facing nice lake with lot of street food available
