I've lived in hotels for about 6 of the last 12 years. This could have been a 5 star stay so I wanted to point out minor things so maybe your stay will be 5 stars. Within view of Lockheed and Universal if you work or are visiting there. It's the best part of Orlando at I-4/TPKE. You can walk to a great steakhouse and drive to a half dozen within 3 miles. There is a decent cabana bar out back that closes at 7. Breakfast is forgettable. Not even a banana. You can pay for an omelette if you are still there at 7am. Room requires a 4 digit code that didn't work but I called the phone number and quickly got another code. I stayed on the 12th floor. Great view and balcony. They threaten you with $250 fine for smoking anything but the Cabana bartender said everyone does. The TV had a warped image and a dumb power cord sticking out and plugging into the wall, like they forgot or renovated. The washer/dryer is free but LOUD. But they have a JACUZZI tub! It was a 5 star bathroom (minus the knob falling off which I fixed with a wooden matchstick when the front desk tells you to pound sand if you're a Sonder guest). There is a FULL kitchen! Washer dryer, dishwasher, disposal. Sink hose didn't work. Awesome bedroom (though the window doesn't open there). Safe (and they don't have the default code so it's really safe). Two closets. Two TVs (I never watched one in bedroom). Spectacular view. I left a note hoping they fix the TV, sink and a lamp that didn't work even if you changed bulbs.
