設施：小屋有完整的廚房用具，還可以點柴火爐取暖，餐具酒杯刀具俱全，但是他不提供洗漱用品及拖鞋，需要自備,浴室的水似乎不夠暖 環境：在森林當中,安靜空氣也好 服務：因為都會外出，基本上沒有找服務人員,check in的服務還是不錯的 衞生：相對來説肯定會稍微差一些 總體來講是一個不錯的體驗

Perfect for famlilies, although the terrace is small for BBQ. Beautiful surroundings, treckings, better than expected. Comfortable cabin, for 6 people, very clean. Easy acces to the parks, to the hotel.

Cabins were not prepared for cold winter. The firewood they gave us was damp, the thin glass windows did not retain heat. The day they had to do the cleaning they did not go. We decided to leave a day before

We loved having an economical stay here in the Huilo Huilo Biological Reserve. For a fraction of the cost of one of their famous hotel rooms, we had all the same privileges, except for priority seating in the restaurant. We got complimentary access to all trails and the Volcano Museum. We stayed 5 nights and felt it was a perfect length of stay. PROS: (1) Top-notch trails which included old-growth forests and multiple powerful waterfalls; (2) Comfortable cozy bed; (3) attentive staff, checking in with WhatsApp each morning and evening; (4) stunning location, smack in the middle a UNESCO Biosphere reserve. We loved that there was so much to do right without having to drive anywhere. (5) We paid for one naturalist-guided tour that was outstanding. Guide spoke English. (6) Fascinating conservation experiment that combined preserving an important and huge piece of land, with an economically sustaining revenue generator. BE AWARE: (1) treacherous bathtub/shower combo, slippery with an unusually high clearance above a slippery bathroom floor; we had to spot each other getting out of the tub. (2) heating is by wood-burning stove only. Luckily the bed is in a loft, which was toasty all night. (3) refrigerator is a tiny, college-dorm size appliance. We managed fine. (4) signage in the reserve and on the trails are insufficient for easy navigation. We would have gotten lost, if we didn't have a tracking map on our cell phone. Printed maps are also oddly uninformative, with scale not accurate and many trails missing. (5) Buildings are worn out. Not sure if this is due to the damp weather or to Covid-impacted loss of income. We were understanding. (6) Few staffers spoke English. Our Spanish was good enough that it wasn't a problem, but given that their website offers English, one would expect language support upon arrival.

Our friends were getting married at a hotel nearby and we decided to stay here as a budget-friendly option and were more than pleasantly surprised by the cabin. It was not only cozy, but extremely clean, had all the kitchen tools we needed, was stocked with wood and easy to get around the Huilo Huilo reserve from. I would 100% return!

It was a really nice place, in the middle of nature, spacious and beautiful place. However, needs better maintanance, there's no wifi, also the appliances were half broken. Besides that a real nice get away.

Lindo lugar, bien ubicado, cómodo, excelente atención . Muchas actividades para realizar al aire libre. Bar y restaurante con opciones muy atractivas. Seria un punto adicional contar con wi fi en las cabañas. El equipamiento de la cabaña muy bueno, mucha leña, no se pasa frio. Muy recomendable

Las cabañas cuentan con una cocina completamente equipada con microondas, cocina y horno, licuadora, cafetera y mini refrigerador, en cuanto a la calefacción había un calefactor eléctrico y una salamandra con eso se calefacciona toda la cabaña perfectamente y las camas son muy cómodas.

Hermoso lugar, mucha naturaleza y varias actividades para realizar. Las cabañas del bosque eran espectaculares, hermosas y muy cómodas, con chimenea y leña disponible toda la estadía, insertas en un paisaje aún más maravilloso y tranquilo, el personal también fue muy atento y respondió todas nuestras dudas. El personal debería estar más instruido respecto a documentos que solicitan en otros portales saber qué actividades están disponibles, también ser más puntuales con la apertura de las casetas de información al inicio de los senderos. Por último, asistimos a las termas Rañintulelfu, las cuales tienen mucho por meiorar, quedan a 1 hora aprox de la reserva e íbamos muy entusiasmados, cuando entramos buscamos las piscinas familiares (que son más privadas) y cuando entramos al agua, encontramos un tuto de pollo al fondo de la terma, deberían prohibir a las personas comer cerca de las piscinas. El agua de la terma general olía a plantas en descomposición y la piscina de barro no superaba los 30 cm de profundidad, solo era una disponible y en extremo pequeña.
