Мой поезд отменён из-за плохой погоды. Я забронировал номер в отеле типа «постель и завтрак» через агентство и являюсь клиентом уровня Platinum. Я не получил никаких действий, никакой компенсации и даже возмещения за неиспользованный завтрак. Никакого обслуживания, не говоря уже о том, что мне пришлось целый час ждать звонка, как и было обещано.

Я останавливался в этом отеле во время деловой поездки на три дня и две ночи, и должен сказать, что это были худшие ночи в отеле в моей жизни. Из-за глухого шума, похожего на хлопанье ставней, и скрипа стульев, раздававшегося с пяти утра в течение получаса, невозможно было заснуть. Я обнаружил, что шум исходил от курьера из расположенного неподалеку Monoprix. Учитывая заплаченную цену, это было действительно разочаровывающе. Мы снимаем комнату, чтобы спать и отдыхать... по моему мнению, комнату рядом с Monoprix сдавать не стоит.

Хороший отель недалеко от Триумфальной арки. Он без излишеств, но чистый, с дружелюбным персоналом. На завтрак было много вариантов, и он был хорошо укомплектован. Нет бара или лаунжа, но есть много хороших ресторанов поблизости. До основных туристических достопримечательностей нужно немного пройтись, но в нескольких кварталах есть станция метро.

Был в командировке в Париже в течение двух дней в августе 2023 года. Два слова: средний во всех отношениях и переоцененный. Плюсы: местоположение, функциональность, относительно доступная цена относительно местоположения. Минусы: обслуживание среднее, как таковое нет надлежащего приема, поздняя уборка номеров, нехватка персонала, завтрак ниже среднего, маленькая комната, слабый напор воды в душе. Вывод: это НЕ четыре звезды, ближе к низкой оценке 3 или высокой оценке 2. Соответствует своему местоположению, в остальном все остальное похоже на высокую оценку 2 или низкую оценку 3. Чувствуется разочаровывающим как обслуживанием, так и полудружелюбным персоналом и номерами. Цена справедливая, а не дешевая.

Very nice service ,clean rooms ,very good location you can find lot of local french rest around , very good and with lot of chioces breakfast and the most important .... all of the staff profesionals and very friendly !!! I will go back easily

We really enjoyed this hotel. We were able to walk to many places in Paris and if we didn’t, there were many transport options. We had a great check in from Leni and our room had a lovely balcony. We were able to sit out there once and have our dinner. I would not hesitate to stay here again because of the staff and it’s location.

I stayed at the Mercure Paris Arc de Triomphe for a week and found it to be an excellent base for exploring the city. The location is truly unbeatable — right in the heart of Paris, just steps from the Arc de Triomphe and within walking distance to many of the main attractions. The surrounding neighborhood felt very safe, even in the evenings, and is full of charming cafés, bakeries, and restaurants that made each day feel authentically Parisian. The hotel itself was clean, modern, and well-maintained, offering a comfortable space to return to after long days out. The staff were courteous and efficient, and the overall atmosphere was welcoming and relaxed. I’d absolutely recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a convenient and comfortable stay in Paris, whether for business or leisure.

The hotel is in a very practical location, next to shops and many restaurants. It's a super small hotel. The staff at the reception is very friendly. The rooms are ok, the cleaning could have been better. The breakfast is nice. There are so many options for drinks and food within a 5-minute walk. It's super practical. The subway station Charles de Gaule is a few minutes away and enables easy connection to RER and metro.

Phenomenal hotel, great value. Well located with tons of great cafes and restaurants nearby, clean and pretty rooms, great views from room on a high floor. Such good value. Would return in a heartbeat.

We stayed here in July. I really wasn't looking forward to it, based on some of the reviews I had read beforehand. However, we couldn't find anything better in the area and decided that it was only for 1 night so we could live with it. I have to say it really wasn't as bad as I expected! We extended to 3 nights.

Great location close to Arc de Triomphe and with a supermarket, bakery, pharmacy and the metro close by and an amazing choice of places to eat. As with many hotels in the area the rooms are on the small side but are clean and bright and a view over the street outside. Beds were comfortable and there was a Nespresso machine, kettle, hair dryer and ironing board plus free WiFi. The hotel was refurbished a few years ago and now has a number of USB ports as well as mains sockets. The only thing strange is that the toilet is in a different room to the bathroom, which means that you have to go into a different room to wash your hands. Staff were always on hand and helpful. Would happily stay there again.

Had a fantastic 3 nights here. As a solo traveller I chose this hotel due to its central location and I wasn't disappointed, lots of great cafés and restaurants nearby and the Arc de Triomphe and Champs Elysee 5 minutes walk away. All the staff were really friendly and helpful. The room was good size and kept extremely clean. The shower wss amazing and as a plus it had my favourite brand of toiletries!! The bed was so comfortable and I slept really well as there was hardly any noise. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend this hotel and would love to visit again!! All in all it was a fantastic customer experience and made my stay in Paris extra special with lots of lovely memories !!
