Wonderful suite ! Great experience beside a 6.00AM wake up call that wasn’t requested… But they did a commercial gesture on my bill.

到達拉斯遊玩，選擇了這家喜來登，酒店各方面都非常好，服務態度熱情，早餐豐富多樣，設施齊全，房間乾淨整潔，如果房間窗子能擦乾淨那就更完美了，住在36樓原來可以有好的視野觀賞downtown景色，可惜因為窗子的原因看的模模糊糊

Had a quick work trip and was looking for a place that I could get easily back and forth to and from the airport. Grateful for the shuttle service provided by the hotel and for the driver Perry. He is truly a gentleman who cares about his passengers. Quite thoughtful. Given some of the reviews, I was little concerned arriving at the hotel BUT I could not have been more pleasantly surprised. It seems some of the reviews may be for some of their other locations which share the same name. This hotel was spotless. It is less than a year old. The rooms are spacious, clean, comfortable bedding, pillows, lots of outlets and USB ports throughout, and the bathroom stocked with Dove hand wash, lotion, shampoo, and soaps. The common areas are also great--the gym, the bathrooms, the coffee/tea area, etc. They are well designed and equipped with plenty of seating and charging capability. Also, I want to give a shout out to front desk clerk Cindy. She was working extremely long hours each day I was there and helpful at every turn when I had a question. Others mention the noise of the nearby interstate--that was not a problem for me as I travel so much that I bring with me a hand sized white noise machine. Makes a huge difference. Would stay here again.

Хороший, добротный отель, кое - где чувствуется усталым. Плохо, что не работал бассейн, откроется только 26 мая. Хотя уже в конце апреля жаркая погода. Была возможность позагорать, но без бассейна. Отличный кофе утром в номере, удобные кровати с мягкими комфортными матрасами и подушками, холодильник, ТВ- кинотеатр! Доброжелательный персонал, готовый прийти на помощь. Но цена за номер, кажется завышенной!

Отель расположен в центре Далласа, парковка находится через дорогу от отеля и стоит 30 долларов. Во время регистрации заезда на выходных было много вечеринок, а по ночам из номеров доносилась громкая музыка, звукоизоляция очень плохая. После обращения на ресепшн проблему оперативно решили. Из плюсов – отель расположен близко ко всем достопримечательностям, можно прогуляться по городу, а также есть отличный барбекю-ресторан.

Отель очень удачно расположен, обслуживание было безупречным; настолько, что я потеряла телефон в номере и уже ушла, а мне позвонили и попросили вернуться и забрать его. Я даже не заметила, что он пропал. Меня заверили, что телефон будет в целости и сохранности до моего возвращения. Чистота была на должном уровне, так как в отеле проводились ремонтные работы, но шума не было, и все было тихо. Ночью на парковке дежурил охранник.

The elevator was down and there was no notice until arrival. Had to take stairs to and fro. Room was super muggy and alter mental state homeless hanging and sleeping out front.service was ok. Checking was a process ad I prepaid and they had a balance showing eventhough I prepaid in full. Checking was bad but checkout staff was good and accommodating.

Check in wax fast and efficient. Online rates greatly recommended, cheaper than checking in at moment of arrival. The place is located in the Market Center, close to downtown area. There is a Dennys cafeteria across the street an the freeway entrance nearby. There is plenty ty of parking space inside, no parking space on the street. The rooms are average size for a 2 full size beds. Restroom has hair dryer, bar soap (the one in our restroom was used...) Inside the toilet room there is also the shower and tub. Tub does not have a mat or any other slip resistant material, so be carefully as the tub material is very slippery. The room was clean, sheets were decent clean, so were the towels. Check out was also very efficient. Average place, we were looking for a place to stay one night,

I booked a stay for 2 nights. Service has been ok so far. The room could be improved some. But overall it's been ok
