前台非常好，就在景點門口，非常近！ 可能因為戰爭原因，人非常的少，但是約旦感覺還是挺安全的，大家也非常友好，比歐洲體驗要好很多，推薦！

酒店不錯，房間很大，前台服務很好，酒店人員都很NICE，還有水果送☺，建議去佩特拉古城的可以從修道院出發，可以走完全程也不累。

Остановитесь на 1 ночь 14 марта в трехместном номере. Комната была чистой и достаточно большой для семьи. Теплый прием, добрые люди. Хоть мое пребывание и было недолгим, но мне очень понравилось. Хорошее распределение на ужин и завтрак. Еда была очень вкусной, и персонал ресторана был готов помочь во всем. Отель находится всего в 50 метрах от билетной кассы Перты. Итак, после нашей ночи в Перте, до него оставалось всего минута ходьбы.

Мы провели две ночи в двухместном номере и заплатили 145 фунтов стерлингов, включая завтрак. Нам дали номер с прекрасным видом на долину Петры. Не уверен, было ли это улучшением, но это было определенно заботливо с их стороны. Номер был милый и чистый, и в нем был бесплатный набор туалетных принадлежностей Мертвого моря в дополнение к удобствам в номере. Номер хорошего размера с диваном, с которого мы наслаждались закатом. В номере были обычные вещи, такие как сейф, чайник, тапочки, телевизор. У нас был трехместный номер с дополнительными удобствами, он был большой и чистый, кровати очень удобные. Ванная была очень маленькой, и вода лилась из душа :(завтрак был нормальный. Имейте в виду, что они не подают алкоголь, который мне не нравился, но я уважаю

This hotel looked good but once inside was anything but good. Service was courteous without being outstanding. The rooms were tidy but get do with a spruce. The food was plentiful without being high quality. The food is brought in from a sister hotel and is unimpressive.

The hotel is modern and very clean. The staff is friendly and attentive. It overlooks the Petra Museum and main entrance. The food is very good and the chef has an excellent presentation of his creations. The wait staff is also very attentive and Ishmail was the best! Had a great visit!

We chose this place due its close proximity to the entrance of Petra and we saw 1-2 hotels a little closer which were perhaps not well advertised. The check in process was smooth and the front office manager was helpful. The hotels all try and get you to visit Petra from the back entrance to the Monastery but we skipped that part. The rooms were spacious with a nice view and breakfast was plentiful but average. Overall a pleasant stay

Wonderful stay and hospitality. A stone’s throw away from the entrance to Petra with a short walk uphill to the hotel. Great rooms, with views of the mountains and a free mini bar. Good spread at breakfast, with am omelette bar and pancake bar, nothing to fault at all.

The hotel is only a short walk from the visitors centre and museum and looks over the town. Our room 218 was a reasonable size and comfortably furnished. The king size bed was comfortable. Room lighting was good. The main reason I gave just 3 stars is the small bathroom which was only big enough for 1 person. Also the showerhead was very poor and provided a barely adequate water flow. This was not due to water pressure because this was good in the sink. A better quality shower head is what is needed. We had breakfast and dinner each day which was buffet style. Both had a good variety and flavor was good. As with all buffets the food is not really hot. The dinner items changed each day but somehow seemed the same especially the chicken. I never saw lamb served. Staff service was good but other than the man who cleaned our room not very friendly.
