Bahia de Alcudia Hotel & Spa

5/5 one of the best hotels I’ve stayed in! Don’t get me wrong the holiday PP wasn’t cheap about £1400pp if I remember correct. Personally I loved this hotel the staff in reception the young lady she was amazing and so lovely as requested she brought a bottle of cava up and a fruit platter for my boyfriends birthday! When she brought it up she wasn’t aware we was in the room as I told her we would be out but she was extremely apologetic for entering but I advised her it was no issue at all and she was amazing!!!! Food was good we went half board ALOT of option me and my bf are fussy & eat like children and we loved the food even tried something new the chicken and rice (can’t remember the dish name) was so nice! They had Mexican nights ect white partys amazing hotel for family’s young couple older couple pretty much anyone so accessible and 2 min away from beach and 1 min away from shops bars restaurants

This was my 2nd time to Bahia and I was welcomed with lots of faces I remembered from last year. Andrea is just amazing and will do anything to make your stay comfortable. Seeing Maria at the bar again was like seeing an old friend! She is an asset to the hotel, aswell as Daniel and the bar manager (sorry forgot his name) The cleaners are so friendly and sweet. Everywhere is immaculately clean! Very comfortable room, only downside is we didn't have a full length mirror in the room this time, something I feel most people would like. So many lovely places to sit and chill out, indoors or out. I personally love the peaceful garden area. I was a little disappointed with the lack of entertainment this year. We had lots of different acts each evening before and there was a guy who would get people up and doing aqua aerobics in the pool or bingo. Nothing like that this year, the new entertainment guy just seemed to sit in the corner and not do anything. Which was a real shame as the evenings were very quiet and dull! One thing I would like to mention to management, I feel being a spa hotel and a base for many cyclists that maybe you should not allow a big group of 80 people staying. On our last day they arrived and caused alot of havoc in the pool area drinking alot and treating it like one of those cheap all inclusive booze hotels! I love a drink don't get me wrong but they were a mess and falling in the pool drunk! Diving in and splashing people, there were plenty of signs saying no diving! When I went to the bar to mention it, the lifeguard was hiding behind the bar for ages! He should be up at the pool controlling it! Luckily they arrived on my last day as up until then the stay was beautiful and peaceful! Overall I would love to come back again, just hope next time there isn't a big group of drinkers with no consideration to anyone else!

It was a very nice experience. But especially the team of the Bar is so nice and kind Barto, Dylan, Maria, Dani, Raul, Monica and Xisco were amazing. This place was unforgettable! The drinks are also very nice. The quality of the rooms are also very good with very nice beds.

I come here every year and the people are so nice! There always helpful and treat you verry well. Especially the bar team from leader Barto. They have so much fun together en the drinks are so delicious!🙂 Also the rooms are getting cleaned every day and that’s really nice!

The staff are soo helpful. They make you feel very welcome. xisco , maría, Dylan, barto, mónica and Jlian the bar staff are very kind and funny. Will help you with ever you like. They make your stay very much enjoyable would 100% go back because of the staff

What a fantastic experience and amazing staff at this hotel. We were greeted by Andrea who showed us around the hotel and the facilities. We had 3 bike boxes with us and in particular the facilities for cyclists in general is second to none. Food was fantastic with different theme buffet every night aswell as the usual options. The spa is well worth a visit also and very reasonable priced for consumables used (cap and slippers). Will definitely look at staying here next time I visit mallorca.

Brilliant bar staff, very attentive and fun, and nothing too much trouble thanks Dani, Barto, Maria, Xisco, Dylan and Juan. Hotel very clean and food good, we had a lovely time relaxing round a lovely pool and enjoyed the spa, entertainment could have been better. Overall very enjoyable

First class facilities, exceptionally friendly staff. We stayed half board and both breakfast and dinner are very good. Excellent cycling facilities and a 22m pool perfect for training. Close to all amenities and beach. The bar is wonderful and the team including Juan, Raul, Barto and Monica make sure you are well looked after and cater for your every needs, always smiling and working hard. We will def come again and would highly recommend 👍

Amazing hotel, gorgeous rooms Just perfect. Felt very posh. Lovely staff too. Very friendly. Tasty food and lovely drinks too. I upgraded to All Inclusive while i was there. I loved Alcudia too, gorgeous beach. The best holiday. I'm actually booked to go back next week. Loved it that much!!
