Friendly staff and good location

Ужасная регистрация. После 17:00 персонала нет. Вам нужно позвонить по номеру. Мой звонок занял 17 минут, стоя у двери квартиры. Персоналу нужно было собрать городской налог в размере 2 евро. Им нужно было отправить ссылку. Пусть я заплачу. Затем сотрудники впустили меня электронным способом. Мне пришлось дать персоналу свое электронное письмо 5 раз, пока он не понял все правильно. На самом деле идиотский процесс. Как насчет того, чтобы отель взял на 2 евро больше и сам перевел налог??? Пустая трата времени.

Прекрасный отель, номер был чистым и имел все необходимые удобства. Большой балкон. Стойка регистрации работает только с 9 до 5, и это нас устраивает, но если вы зарегистрируетесь в нерабочее время, это будет выглядеть сложно. По прибытии был внесен залог в размере 200 евро. Они вернут вам эту сумму, когда вы уйдете. Важно, чтобы, если вы уезжаете в нерабочие часы стойки регистрации, вы идете на стойку регистрации накануне, чтобы получить возмещение. Кровать не была хорошей, единственное, к чему я мог придраться. Это было твердо, как камень, и было похоже на сон на полу. В целом, это был хороший отель, я бы остановился здесь снова. Уборщица не приходила, пока мы были там, но это могло быть потому, что мы проводили утро в номере. Они рекламировали уборку раз в неделю, и я уверен, что это правда. В итоге нам пришлось купить туалетную бумагу, так как, когда она закончилась, стойка регистрации была закрыта. Все поблизости находится в 10-15 минутах ходьбы или на такси за 3,15 фунта. Хороший в целом отель, 1 спальня и кухня/столовая. Мы использовали его как базу для исследования местности. Чистый и дружелюбный. Рад использовать снова. Кухня довольно хорошо оборудована, есть микроволновая печь, 2 галогенные плиты, чайник, тостер и очень маленький телевизор. Я бы вернулся...

Поначалу я немного настороженно относился к этому отелю из-за всех остальных негативных отзывов, однако, похоже, все негативные отзывы исходили от людей, которые хотели чего-то просто так. Мы забронировали этот отель в декабре на длинные выходные/дешевый отдых, вы получаете то, за что платите. За такую ​​цену мы не ожидали многого и получили то, что получили: очень простой отель, кровать, ванная комната, гостиная/кухня. Все помещения в квартире были очень чистыми, кровати были не самыми удобными, но более чем подходящими. Этот отель позиционируется как апартаменты с собственной кухней, поэтому услуги горничной предоставляются только по запросу, а также за дополнительную плату, если я правильно помню. Расположение этого жилья было очень центральным по отношению ко всем местным удобствам. В некоторых отзывах упоминался лагерь путешественников через дорогу, я даже не заметил этот лагерь до последнего дня, и то только потому, что увидел какое-то белье, висевшее на веревке, шума со стороны лагеря не было. Вы получаете то, за что платите, это очень простая, но чистая квартира. Если вы ищете 5 *, заплатите больше, если вы просто хотите где-нибудь в чистоте, где можно отдохнуть, пока вы исследуете окрестности, это идеально.

W9ukd не советует бронировать эти апартаменты. Комната 605, выбитые двери во внутренний дворик... холодильник очень грязный... плесень. потолок в ванной... плита не очищена, микроволновая печь очень грязная, и список можно продолжать потребовалось 5 дней, чтобы получить другую квартиру... персонал был дружелюбным, хотя через дорогу был португальский кемпинг, который мочился под фонарным столбом недалеко от отеля, а также споры, драки и дымные костры, легкие в течение дня, и школа вождения грузовиков. использование угла для обучения грузовым автомобилям... поблизости нет баров и ресторанов...

We arrived late in the day the reception was closed but sign on door how to access room , absolutely no problem, room was very spacious, very clean , we had 206 over looking pool , sun all day on very large balcony , bathroom very clean , had no problem with apartment block what so ever try not to listen to negative reviews, uber helped getting to bars as it is more residential but that was not a bother either . I'd give thumbs up 👍

My wife booked a last minute winter sun break for us and to be honest looking at some of the reviews it was in the back of my mind that it was off season and if it really was that horrific we could find somewhere else in the area quite cheap. What a surprise when we got there. I'm not sure if they have had a massive clean up of their act or what but there were no strange smells in the apartment, we barely noticed the small gypsy camp across the road, the place was lovely and clean (OK it was very basic kitchen but we were on holiday and ate out a lot), the pool was small but nice and clean. As for the beds, I have slept on much worse beds in hotels that have cost a lot more per night. They charge extra if you want your towels changed through your stay and they offer a wash only laundry service for €10 a load. At the end of the day you get what you pay for. But I liked it here and would go back again, it's just a place to sleep, you want more go to a hotel and pay more

We didn’t have high expectations booking the complex for the price we got it (it was a last minute need to be in the area booking) but even at that the place was not great. The rooms are basic with a lot of broken items - broken outdoor furniture, broken couch, broken sweeping brush to make a few. The rooms are not serviced during your stay and they charge you €25 for a fresh towel. We had silver fish in one of the 3 apartments and another smelt extremely bad, none of the apartments we had had air con. This is a residential area directly across from locals living with dogs and chooks who like to cockadoodle and howl with the sun rising. You will have to taxi most places - bolt is recommended to use and was super cheap. I wouldn’t not recommend for a holiday /break away but if you need to be in that specific area for a night or two, it’s fine. The shower was good and the beds were ok. We didn’t use the pool area but it looked fine. There is a small reception that is open until 5pm, other than this there are no other facilities in the complex.

You get what you pay for. Everything you need bath, big tv and big balcony. All mod cons. Very comfortable and clean. Yes you are 20 minutes walk from beech and restaurants but we knew this beforehand. Shop 10 min walk. Pool was lovely. Great value for what we paid.reception staff v friendly

Starting off Portugal is a lovely country , however this hotel really let down my experience . The hotel cleaners did not clean the hotel rooms up to standard etc sweeping dirt into a corner of the room . We also had other residents in our hotel stay . It was birds . This issue traumatised my children to the point it was a big concern and it had to be further investigated . When the issue was brang up we were dismissed and they concluded us to be liars . However after further pushing for the issue to be resolved they found three birds with a nest living in my children’s room and told us “our bad it is fine now”. Shocking is the only word for this . Compensation wasn’t granted however free food was . All I can say is we got what we paid for hence it being free . This is a nice place to stay if u aren’t staying in the hotel for majority of the time and not bothered of certain standards but pictures of this was deceiving I must admit . However , we did enjoy the pool and karaoke at least so I will give the hotel that . More organisation is needed.

We are Here at the moment, and I am disgusted and so disappointing , our hotel room is a hovel ,electric sockets falling out of the walls ,bed and bedding dirty also 34 degrees and no air conditioning, cushions dirty, wardrobe door falling off, chairs had gum on it,only noticed when our clothes were stuck to it ,when we asked for a room change we were refused. They say you get wist you pay for well this didnt come near what we paid for😏 so all and all it is a nightmare and can’t wait to get out of here

A good budget hotel. Clean and well presented. Short taxi ride to town. Plenty of bars and restaurants in the town. Uber taxis are only minutes away every time you order one. Considering it was out of season we fell lucky with the weather, about 20 degrees so no coats required but it did drop cooler at night.

I am trying to contact atlantichotel because my 200€ security deposit still hasn’t been refunded after more than a week. We left the room in order and the front desk ensured we would refunded even giving me documents attesting it yet the money hasn’t shown up on my account. Please take action I have been calling non stop everyday without answer.
