Хоть отель и не находится прямо в туристических местах, но в нем есть все необходимое: рестораны, бары, кафе и многое другое. Завтрак отличный. Обслуживание исключительное, особенно парень на стойке регистрации по имени Антонин, он порекомендовал хороший ресторан, хороший бар, все идеально! Он действительно полезен.

Комната была хорошей, но за кроватью не было чисто, расположение очень хорошее, недалеко от автовокзала.

Хорошее расположение рядом с большим количеством небольших storrs. Хорошее соотношение цены и качества. Стойка регистрации казалась недоукомплектованной и запуталась в подарке с бесплатным напитком. Очень хороший душ.

Some rooms have no windows and it's almost impossible to stay there. Location not fantastic. Breakfast and the personal which were serving it was amazing. Thank you ladies, for that.

The staff are nice and friendly. Near in both bus and tram station.

Back after a year. Accommodation was in the building accross the street. Breakfast was above average. Location near tram/bus not far from centre.

This is a good basic hotel in an area of Prague that has a lot of bars, restaurants and shops. Lots of public transport nearby and it's 10 minutes on the bus to Old Town. The reception staff, particularly Alex, were always very helpful and friendly. Breakfast was very good, usual bacon, eggs, cereal, etc but also lots of different breads and cheese with some fresh fruit. There is no air conditioning or a fridge in the room, even though it is advertised, so something for them to think about. Rooms are basic but clean, bed was comfy and the shower (no bath) was very powerful. Rooms were cleaned every day and plenty of fresh towels. Free Wi-fi worked well and we will definitely go back. We paid £70 per night in June and 15 euros for a late room, so good value for money

The hotel is adequate. There isn't enough seating in The Breakfast Lounge during busy times in the morning. The rooms are adequate. The hotel staff's English isn't the best, which leads me to my next point. I had booked a I stay with the hotel from February 9th until February 16th because I needed an affordable place to stay near the Karlin Theater where I was to audition. I left to go visit my sister in the UK on February 13th to return on the 15th. I told the receptionist that I was not checking out and that I was coming back. However, I returned on the 15th to find that all of my items that I left in the room had been thrown away. Including some very expensive coats and my computer. After haggling with the hotel manager who said that he was going to go put it under investigation has not reimbursed me for the items that were thrown away despite Hotel policy saying that they should keep items found in the room for 3 months in lost and found. Which leads me to believe that those items were stolen out of my room and someone is walking around wearing and using my things. Incredibly frustrated and still seeking legal action against this hotel.

Great location - 10 minute walk from the main railway station. Room was clean big and spacious. Breakfast there was a good variety, we went down at 07:30 each day apart from our final morning and there were only a few others presents and plenty of food. Staff were friendly and there was a luggage storage room. the rooms were lovely and warm. 20 walk to the main city centre. Plenty of shops nearby including two Lidi's and a burger joint. Only negatives no hook for the shower and on our last day we went down for breakfast at 09:30 and there were not tables and a queue for seats we left and returned and there wasn't much food left, we weren't too fussed as we were leaving and the previous days went earlier. Thank you for the lovely stay.

We spent some nights in this old hotel. Rooms and bath rooms need to be restaured. Breakfast is reasonably acceptable. This hotel Is located not very close to the city center. Noise level Is limited, Unfortunately there is no air conditioning.

It is rated as a three star hotel but they are currently expanding and upgrading. If i could say one issue is the smokers in the square in the middle of the complex but that is a difficulty throughout much of Europe so not unique here. Other than that the hotel is well located, comfortable and good value. Friendly reception staff and breakfast was plentiful and good quality.

After an initial issue with being in a room situated next to the old lift, and not being able to sleep as we could hear it bang all through the night we had a really fantastic experience. The lady at reception was very helpful and we moved rooms to which she stated was the best room in the hotel. I’d agree, really comfortable bed, very modern stylish room equipped with a coffee machine and even our own private balcony. Only issue we found was everyone on our floor thought this was a public smoking balcony and with no blind or curtain on our door we had no privacy. And being a non smoking couple we didn’t appreciate the smell as we left our rooms. We did try and speak to a couple of guests who were using it but were being very difficult with us explaining it was a private balcony. Breakfast was really good and the cooked option was different each day. There was usually a queue for seating after 9am as they were renovating part of the dining hall but we had no issues with this as needs to be done! We also had an issue with the tv, had Netflix but was not connecting and no English speaking stations but we had our iPads so not really too bothered. And this was only for the evenings when we got in. Check in and check out was super easy and quick and they had a room where we could leave our bags securely before check in so we didn’t have to carry them around the city. Location was good, highly would recommend the pub Planeta Žižkov, very cheap and lovely food with really friendly staff. We walked into the centre the first day which was about 30mins but got Ubers after and they only cost a couple of £. Definitely would recommend this hotel.

Perfect lunch! Great service and a very tasty menu! We will be back. Thank you for looking after us. Friendly staff, nothing was too much trouble. Even got 3 packs of crayons to keep the kids happy! Lovely setting and atmosphere. Most importantly nice and warm!

Three Crowns is 3*** Hotel with 5***** services. Staff are friendly, they go far and beyond. I stayed there with my two daughters and l always looking forward to go back. Their breakfast is on par with Don Giovanni minus the piano. 5*****
