Хоть отель и не находится прямо в туристических местах, но в нем есть все необходимое: рестораны, бары, кафе и многое другое. Завтрак отличный. Обслуживание исключительное, особенно парень на стойке регистрации по имени Антонин, он порекомендовал хороший ресторан, хороший бар, все идеально! Он действительно полезен.

Some rooms have no windows and it's almost impossible to stay there. Location not fantastic. Breakfast and the personal which were serving it was amazing. Thank you ladies, for that.

The staff are nice and friendly. Near in both bus and tram station.

Back after a year. Accommodation was in the building accross the street. Breakfast was above average. Location near tram/bus not far from centre.

호텔시설이나 조식은 전체적으로 만족스러우나, 위치가 도심에서 좀 떨어져 있어서 도심으로 접근하는 것이 조금 불편합니다. 물론 근처에 트램이 많이 다니고 있어서 트램을 타고 접근할 수는 있습니다. 객실 내 냉장고가 비치되어 있지 않아 일부 불편한 점이 있습니다. 접객을 담당하는 직원들은 친절하게 응대해 주셨습니다.

這個酒店讓我很失望，跟平台上顯示的圖片中的房間完全不一樣，他們的價格也有時標的不合理，如果你衹是住一住可以選擇它，如果對環境有一定的要求的話一定不能選它，環境差太多了,它頂多值四百元人民幣一晚

Отель приличный. В The Breakfast Lounge в часы пик по утрам не хватает мест. Номера приличные. Английский у персонала отеля не самый лучший, что подводит меня к следующему пункту. Я забронировал номер в отеле с 9 по 16 февраля, потому что мне нужно было недорогое место для проживания недалеко от театра Карлин, где я должен был проходить прослушивание. Я уехал навестить сестру в Великобритании 13 февраля, чтобы вернуться 15-го. Я сказал администратору, что не выписываюсь и что вернусь. Однако, вернувшись 15-го, я обнаружил, что все мои вещи, которые я оставил в номере, были выброшены. В том числе несколько очень дорогих пальто и мой компьютер. После торга с менеджером отеля, который сказал, что пойдет и проведет расследование, не возместил мне стоимость выброшенных вещей, несмотря на то, что политика отеля гласит, что они должны хранить найденные в номере вещи в течение 3 месяцев в бюро находок. Что наводит меня на мысль, что эти вещи были украдены из моего номера, и кто-то ходит, нося и используя мои вещи. Невероятно расстроен и все еще ищу юридические действия против этого отеля.

First of all, the room is clean, but room doors need to be replaced. Breakfast is normal. Currently, there is construction going on in the other building of the hotel, which is opposite, only 3-4 meters apart. The construction starts at 6 am local time and the noise here prevents you from sleeping. I do not recommend coming to this hotel. At least not in the near future.

This hotel was bigger than we expected and upon arrival, we were pleasantly surprised with how modern the reception area is. There is also a very nice breakfast dining area, although there was sometimes a bit of a struggle to get a table in the mornings due to the hotel being quite full. To get to your room, you pass through a really nice courtyard area (pictured) which is lit up at night and has cozy blankets on each chair. The corridors were sparse and basic - the upgrading clearly hasn’t got quite that far. They were all clean and tidy though. Our room was large and nicely furnished, if a little dated. The staff were really friendly and helpful. Top tip from us is to use Uber to get to places like Wenceslas Square - I don’t think we paid over £3 for any journey! Also - book a table in the Tiki Taki bar on the road next to the hotel - it’s excellent, but very busy, so you can’t just walk in! This hotel was an ideal base for visiting all of the attractions and is walking distance 35-40 mins to the old town.

The room was clean and we were given fresh towels daily as well as the bed being made. The main reception area was really nice but we were sent into another building which was very dated. The room was absolutely freezing, we tucked the curtains around the windows to stop the draught coming in as the windows were wooden framed. The walls are quite thin so we could hear everything that was going on out in the corridor Transport links are good, we just got Ubers from the hotel which cost about £4 each way to the old town square, went up to about £6 depending on the time. You definitely get what you paid for, we chose to stay in a cheaper hotel.

it was incredibly cheap to book but god did it show why. bed was hard and while the room was clean we didnt always get fresh towels. i did also notice silver fish bugs in the bath too. the room was boiling and our fan didn’t work and i asked for a new one but they didn’t replace it. although the room was noisy from morning deliveries at 5am and general outside noise. it was a good location and had a working safe which was helpful and the room was very big. it’s worth the stay for a cheap couple of nights.

This is a good basic hotel in an area of Prague that has a lot of bars, restaurants and shops. Lots of public transport nearby and it's 10 minutes on the bus to Old Town. The reception staff, particularly Alex, were always very helpful and friendly. Breakfast was very good, usual bacon, eggs, cereal, etc but also lots of different breads and cheese with some fresh fruit. There is no air conditioning or a fridge in the room, even though it is advertised, so something for them to think about. Rooms are basic but clean, bed was comfy and the shower (no bath) was very powerful. Rooms were cleaned every day and plenty of fresh towels. Free Wi-fi worked well and we will definitely go back. We paid £70 per night in June and 15 euros for a late room, so good value for money

Great location - 10 minute walk from the main railway station. Room was clean big and spacious. Breakfast there was a good variety, we went down at 07:30 each day apart from our final morning and there were only a few others presents and plenty of food. Staff were friendly and there was a luggage storage room. the rooms were lovely and warm. 20 walk to the main city centre. Plenty of shops nearby including two Lidi's and a burger joint. Only negatives no hook for the shower and on our last day we went down for breakfast at 09:30 and there were not tables and a queue for seats we left and returned and there wasn't much food left, we weren't too fussed as we were leaving and the previous days went earlier. Thank you for the lovely stay.

We spent some nights in this old hotel. Rooms and bath rooms need to be restaured. Breakfast is reasonably acceptable. This hotel Is located not very close to the city center. Noise level Is limited, Unfortunately there is no air conditioning.
