Very friendly,efficient staff especially Majid,Michel and Emma at the bar.Good size,well appointed rooms.Beds firm,variety of pillows available.Plenty of hot water,fridge in room.Ideally situated for skiing.Food quality a bit variable but plentiful.

Fabulous stay. The hotel is perfectly situated for ski in/out. Very comfortable stay. Great selection of food available at both breakfast and dinner. Staff very friendly and accommodating. Special thanks to Majid, our waiter for the week who provided an excellent service and was very hospitable. Michele the commis Gourmet and Emma the barmaid who also made our stay very enjoyable.

Fantastic week skiing, couldn’t get a better location with direct access to slopes. Plenty food, breakfast buffet was great with lots of variety, dinner salad buffet was always nice, main meals were a bit of a hit or miss but you certainly won’t go hungry! Could not fault the service with a special thanks to our waiter Majid, the commis gourmet Michele, the bar staff Emma and all the housekeeping staff.

Spent a week here skiing with 3 friends. Location for skiing was great, ski out with a short drag lift and ski in. Courtesy bus to village, but to be honest, not a lot there to do. All the staff were great, bar, restaurant and cleaners.

We stayed for a skiing trip. The hotel facilities were excellent, especially the restuarant and the complementary spa. Our room made up for 3 adults was spacious and comfortable with a very useful walk-in wardrobe and a nice view.

Perfect location and great spa to sort the legs out after a day on the slopes. The decoration is dated and is probably due an overhaul, but a lovely a**osphere and facilities. Most of the staff were excellent, just the one receptionist with long curly hair was consistently rude.

January 2024 Excited to try a new resort and a new hotel having seen the photos of the Golf Hotel but felt disappointed when we checked in. The hotel website photos showed nice rooms with a good amount of space but ours was at the top of the hotel with a sloping ceiling which we kept banging our heads on. The bathroom had mould on the grouting and was not what we expected for what was flagged as a 4 star hotel. Also the room looked out onto the kitchen delivery area at the back. It was evident that the staff in the restaurant were under pressure to accomodate the number of guests, and although we were given a table, and told that this was where we would sit during our stay, the following morning we were moved again. That evening no one seemed to know what to do with us as the table had been occupied with another group and we were left to our own devices to try and find another table. The only word I can use to describe this would be chaos as no one seemed to help until after I complained?. Should you decide to use this hotel try and find out when the Polish school holidays are happening as that market is really all they seem to be interested in accomodating, and we felt rather ignored. We do not mind children, and the staff managed as well as they could, but I feel that all guests should be treated as welcome guests and not as an afterthought. On the plus side we were able to hire our skis on site and there was a boot room available to store them in the hotel although I must add that the hard, tiled floors were very unsafe when mixed with snow and ski boots.

Great hotel, wonderful location next to nursery slopes. Good food, excellent breakfast and choices hot and cold buffet style. Evening meal is 4 courses with 2nd course of pasta then meat dish, beautiful deserts and reasonable wines. Excellent service from the reception Sabrina, waiter Toninio, bar - Emma and housekeepers, in fact all the staff we encountered couldn’t have been more helpful. Ski lockers in the hotel were so handy, ski hire also attached to hotel. Decor slightly dated but rooms clean warm and comfortable. Plenty of hot water and bath with shower over it. Good size towels and room serviced daily. Lovely hand-wash, shower gel and shampoo.Tv and mini fridge, tea and coffee making facilities but no milk provided. Excellent spa, sauna, steam room and pool with waterfalls and jets to sooth tired muscles at no extra cost although you need to wear a swimming hat in the pool and have pool flip flops( which can be purchased) and you can hire robes and get one free pool towel, again the staff here are so welcoming and helpful. This is a family hotel and not adults only but that did not worry us. Children well catered for and the staff were excellent with them. The shuttle bus into the village of Madonna was really useful and always on time but did not run on sat and sun currently. We will definitely come back here it is a ski in ski out with the handy nursery slope directly to the side with a button lift and also access to a chair lift into the mountain. Main gondola to Groste is 5 min walk down the drive with a good apres ski bar. We will definitely be going back as to add to our wonderful hotel the skiing was excellent!! Thank you

Great location for starting and finishing your ski day.Enjoyed the pool at the end of the day. Great variety of food in the dining room and special thanks to Tonino in particular for looking after us so well. In fact all restaurant staff superb.Very helpful staff too at reception and in the spa. Finally thanks to Federico in management for resolving issues we raised.The Golf once again has given us a fantastic ski experience.
