Great holiday. Amazing views from balcony great location lovely restaurants and bars. Plenty of stuff to do. Can’t wait to rebook and come again. The apartment was kept clean and tidy. Massive balcony and plenty of space to sunbathe or just chill

Location wise perfect! Out back gate and right to restaurants souvenir shops and down to beach. Straight over to Mogan Mall for shopping and more restaurants. Also one of the biggest SPAR shops I’ve ever seen! Stayed 1/11 to 8/11 weather beautiful. Not too far from airport. Very warm greeting from man at reception ?Victor Who explained everything very clearly and was always very helpful throughout our stay. A few problems with aircon and hot water but these were addressed straight away. Beautiful balcony which was very large and had sun loungers plus table chairs and umbrella for shade. As some people say some of the rooms do look a bit ‘tired’ but they were always clean. Maybe a deep clean of some of the door frames would be good as ours had a lot of dirty marks on them. Only thing that was a bit annoying was a lifeguard listening to music on his phone which was not good when you were trying to read! Thank you for a relaxing stay 😃

First time staying at the Royal apartments on the 2nd floor was pleasantly surprised how big the patios actually were. Apartment was spacious and had everything we needed for our 9 day stay, we had a bottle of water left in the fridge for us as which was a godsend as the shops had shut by time we arrived. Aircon was a bonus but ours was blowing out warm air, that was soon resolved, we went to Reception and mentioned it and within 10 minutes an air conditioning unit had been put in our room...thank you! We decided to opt for breakfast which was 5 euros per day if you book for your full visit or it was 9 euro 50 per day. Couldn't fault breakfast, there was english, breakfast, continental, cereals, fruit, pastries, chef would cook you a fresh omelette after you had chosen your own ingredients, plenty too chose from and well worth the money. The staff were really friendly and helpful. Beds were really comfortable. Maids were in every other day cleaning. This place was spotless and staff work really hard to keep it this way. The lifts were a godsend and never had to wait long for one. We come out of the lifts and straight through the gate which brought you out at the back of Morgan Mall and the bottom end of the Commercial Centre. Sunbeds around the pools were not a problem there was more than enough. Pool didn't open until 10 and closed at 7, but lifegaurd finished at 6. There are 3 pools but top one wasn't open, but this wasn't a problem. There is a poolside bar which has a happy hour. In main reception there is a little shop, a bakery and a pub which has happy hour. We hired a car for 5 days from Reception, Reception were really helpful with this for us. We had a lovely stay and will definitely be back again. Staff were really friendly and helpful. Thank you

Great location. Don’t need to worry about stairs as series of lifts take you all the way to top. Great views, apartments lovely and clean and staff were very friendly and helpful. 3 pools, in May had no problem getting space by pool, loads of room.

Lovely apartments in Puerto Rico Gran Canaria. I'm here at this moment. Staying in sun suite apartment 1706 on the 7th floor. Lovely clean apartment and great shower and the biggest balcony I've ever came across with two sunbeds, table and four chairs and parasol, artificial grass and a stunning view of Peurto Rico. The kitchen is well equipped with kettle, toaster, coffee maker, microwave, fridge freezer etc and all cooking utensils and crockery. I'm self catering so this is very handy. I did have a burger in a bun from bar beside reception and it was delicious and reasonably priced. You can also have toasties, burgers, chips etc at pool bar on 10th floor. They have a big pool up there too. There are plenty eating places nearby in the Mogan Mall or venture into Peurto Rico where there is an abundance of restaurants and bars. The only thing I would say was a bit of an inconvenience is the lifts. Being on floor 7 I needed two separate lifts to get to my room but once you know what you're doing it's fine. The maids come regularly to clean your room and all the staff are lovely, from the maids to the reception staff nothing is too much trouble. I've only 2 days left here so I'm going to enjoy my time here in lovely Peurto Rico.

Well, we stayed here 6 years ago and it's still perfect, we were in room 601 and due to my mobility issues it was brilliant, we were near the lift and the pool, what amazing terraces, loungers and table and chairs, the whole family could visit and sit and chat, staff are amazing, so friendly and so helpful, when my partner left his jacket behind after checking out it was found and returned within minutes, keep doing what your doing, going back asap

Hi. Just back from spending 8 nights here. Our 2nd time here and certainly won't be our last. Just love this place. Staff are excellent, maids brilliant and the central location is 2nd to none. We were in the Terrazamar suites, room 107 with a jacuzzi. Hoping to come back in December and will most likely book the Sun suites next time as my wife has mobility issues and the pool in Sun suites suits her needs better. Thanks again to the Terrazamar.
