Great customer service and friendly staff

整體清潔度有待加強 服務人員給的第一間房間，走進去時竟然裡面還有房客😱 才趕快換了另外一間房間。 沒有主動提供牙膏和牙刷 站在浴缸裡面淋浴，可以感受到浴缸並不乾淨。 早上有簡便的非常迷你的早餐吧台。 服務人員還算貼心有禮。

交通方便，房間乾淨舒適

The hotel was good for the price. Our room was clean, and the breakfast was good. I wanted something close to Rosemont Il that was not too pricey and this was a good stop.

Dirty sheets, dirty bathroom, run down, broken TV, smelled bad, freezing cold room. Spend a few extra dollars and stay at a better place.

Everything was great however i had to pull out the air filters and clean them myself. I don't think the hotel realizes this is a fire hazard as well as a hazard to those with allergies and asthma. Otherwise staff was pleasant and quick to assist. A little noisy on the first floor due to all the vehicles in the parking lot. However i would still go back if i needed a cheap hotel in a pinch.

It was DIRTY!! I didn't even stay the second night. I had to find another place to stay! Disgusting

The motel is fairly close and convenient to O'Hare airport. But it is quite isolated, with almost no nearby residential and commercial development. From the outside, the property is well lit and appears decently maintained. Our room was a different story. There were dead cockroaches outside and inside the door, and inside the rug was very worn and stained in multiple areas. The bathroom was outdated and my bath towel was threadbare and had dirt spots on it. Basically, the room need a deep clean, and new carpet and towels. And an exterminator. Sorry for the bad review. I have stayed at other Super 8 motels that were very clean and well maintained, but this one is an outlier.

Room was pretty clean, the shower pressure left a lot to be desired. A lot of the people staying there were loud, intoxicated, and obviously just using the room for an hour. It was great if you just need a place to sleep

As always, I come here a couple of times a week, and I’ve had no complaints nice beds and nice tv’s, but no espn,

First time staying here and was pleasantly surprised! Our room was very clean and fairly well maintained, no real issues or complaints here at all. Was expecting more noise given the location, but found it quite peaceful with only the sound of light traffic or the occasional overhead plane from the nearby airport. Staff were friendly and the breakfast was well stocked and well organized. Would consider staying here again. Thank you!

This is the 4th time I've stayed here in 10 years. Always a great experience. Make your own waffle for breakfast! Awesome. Thanks!

Carpet was gross. Lighting was inadequate. Breakfast area just "ACK". Not up to Super 8 standards compared to prior stays in other cities.
