TownePlace Suites Louisville Downtown

The hotel service was great. My only suggestion is to have the temperature units in the rooms be cleaned as the vents on the unit was extremely dusty.

Clean modern hotel in safe neighborhood. Close proximity to great restaurants and fun things to do, including Louisville Slugger Museum.

Overall property was nice and clean. Room was nice and beds were comfortable. Unfortunately there must have been something wrong with the rooftop HVAC unit above our room as when it kicked on it made a lot of noise and vibrated the whole room. Maybe that is why they left earplugs on our beds. Breakfast was disappointing. The sausage did not appear appetizing at all and the drinks in the mini-fridge at the breakfast bar were not cold. The second day we were there we skipped the free breakfast and decided to just stop at Waffle House instead. Parking was convenient as there is a parking deck just outside of the entrance but keep in mind it is $19/day to park there. Overall it was not a terrible experience but I may explore other options next time I am in town.

Cleanliness was super. Breakfast was very good. Location was noisy but being downtown was the reason. Staff very professional and courteous. I would definitely recommend this hotel if needing to stay close to downtown.

The room was very clean and the staff was great. We were disappointed with the pool. My husband planned to spend the day at the pool with our 4 year old while I was at a convention. The water was VERY cold. The staff did tell us that the water was set to 78 degrees, and it probably felt cold because of the windows. HOWEVER, we live in the midwest, and do swim lessons in a facility with even more windows, and the water has never felt that icy. After 15 minutes my daughter's lips were blue and she was shivering. We tried again the second day, and it was the same problem.

Room had the steam cleaner still in it, couch dismantled and cushions strewn on desk. Trash bins upside down and desk chair all on top of cushionless couch

So enjoyed our stay here. Great fitness facility and next level breakfast option. Will return when in Louisville.
