在這次沙特行程裏住過的酒店中，這家綜合來説性價比可以。酒店服務人員態度蠻到位的，感覺沙特僱了很多周邊外國人為其服務，酒店裡看到僱員拿着抹布一點一點擦欄桿和地板

This was my second time staying at the Narcissus Hotel. The location of the hotel is superb right on Al Olaya Street with many restaurants and shops in walking distance. The hotel has a unique interior design and the hotel rooms are nicely decorated feeling luxurious. The breakfast selection is probably one of the largest I've seen in any hotel with tons of options. The food itself was delicious! Hotel service from the front desk, dining, room service, cleaning, etc. was excellent. I recommend this hotel to others and will definitely be returning.

Excellent service, very friendly staff, very comfortable bed and clean room. Drawbacks: gym and spa only opens at 10am (at least for women) and swimming pool not available to women. So if you are a woman wanting to benefit from these extra amenities, maybe this is not the most flexible option! Other than that, very good hotel!

Stayed 2 nights here. Superb hotel, central location, extremely clean, excellent breakfast and lunch buffet. The best was the room: spacious, luxurious, quiet, clean - and the best & most comfy bed ever, slept the few hours I could sleep so well. Would love to stay here again.

I visited the buffet on a personal visit which was amazing however, I attempted to book a corporate event and had to call 8 times without any help and no answer to my emails. This was the hardest place in Riyadh to book a corporate event with. If you are going for an personal event I would recommend it but avoid trying to book a corporate event.

The Narcisus Hotel in Riyadh exceeded expectations! Fantastic food, plush beds, and luxurious amenities. The spa was divine, despite separate access for women and men-only pools due to cultural norms. Breakfasts were delightful. However, the conference faced minor disruptions due to electricity issues.

Very nice place I stayed here for one night as a stop over to watch a show at the for me and my little boy. The staff was super friendly, the food was delicious, the room was very clean, and the bed was super comfy. Everything you could want or need in this hotel was there. The location is a 2 min walk from the mall , very close proximity to the Uber / Bus service . They have adults and a child menu which runs for 24 hours, which I liked not many big-name hotels like this cater for kids.

Luxurious hotel, very nice staff, and great breakfast and dinner. I liked the business lounge, it was very functional. The room was super and very large with classic lovely decorations. We liked the booth of the Saudi coffee and dates. Overall it was one of the best hotels I ever stayed in.
