Fanatstic hotel. Exceptionally attentive and supportive service - definitely one of the best 5* services we have experienced in France and the rest of the world. In addition to that the Castle is beautiful and the restaurant offers great dinner. Will come again if visiting the area.

Nicely decorated property in a vineyard setting. Services by staffs team is not bad. Probably will return again when I visit Bordeaux

Amazing location, in the middle of the vineyard. But be careful - in room 220 we didn't have a hot water, check it first. Service and staff not like in a 5 star hotel, overpriced. Restaraunt is really good, can recommend. Stuff during breakfast didn't speak english, so it was quite hard to order eggs or smth more than pastries.

Beautiful hotel in beautiful surroundings. Friendly staff - who didn’t make us feel uncomfortable that we didn’t speak French! Lovely spa - my son especially enjoyed the shower experience with sounds, lights and different water pressures! The food was delicious both in the restaurant and for room service.

It's one of the best hotels I've ever stayed. Unforgettable location, u can wall for ages around the chateu. Welcoming staff was very nice. Terrace was great for drinks, as well as breakfast. Service at the vine testing bar was nit very well, girl was a bit slow and started doing other things while not finishing others. In general the stay was fantastic

交通：從小鎮libourne火車站下車，打車到酒店大概10分鐘。從酒店打車到聖愛美隆差不多5分鐘。不過從酒店打車到波爾多機場就有點遠了，1個小時，費用差不多120歐。 酒店很好，我們在這裏住了兩晚，我們的房間位於二樓的主樓，房型是豪華房有小陽台，開窗就是葡萄園，可以看日出。酒店的晚餐很好，套餐性價比比較高，推薦點中間檔的那個套餐，又有魚又有肉兩道main

Excellent break which we thoroughly enjoyed. Perfect service especially from Verhen who was so attentive and nothing was too much trouble. Thank you for such a memorable stay. We’ll definitely be back.

Superb service from all the staff and the best part is breakfast can also be served in room! Room was big and newly renovated, highly recommended to stay here if you want a chateau experience but with a modern touch.
