The bed was super comfortable and the bedsheets were very clean. Breakfast had a reasonable spread, but everything served was delicious. The location is ideal — just a short walk from the JR station and right next to Daimaru and Stellar Place, with plenty of great food and shopping options nearby. The hotel staff were all very friendly and approachable, making the stay even more enjoyable. Highly recommended!

Great stay, good location. Friendly staff

The location is excellent, only 1 min walk from the north exit of Sapporo JR station. The hotel provide coffee facility at the lobby. It is overall quite new, and room amenities are good. The room is not big, but still ok. Downstairs is the Lawson, convenient for buying food. Highly recommend to stay here.

Very good location, surrounded by convenience shops and less than 5 mins walk to train station. Staff are helpful too.Room is big. Highly recommended.

Unbeatable location even in the rain

We stayed at relatively new room, guess it got renovated not long ago. Very happy with this room and location. Looking forward to be back again. The only point you should be aware is the hotel do not connected directly to the station.

Great hotel location, clean rooms and super near to the station. It even has a laundromat and a Lawson downstairs. Right next to Yodobashi too which is great to pick up any emergency items you need. Would highly recommend to anyone wanting to visit Sapporo.

Highly recommend this hotel. It is located within walking distance to the JR station, and has a lawson store at the ground entrance. The hotel breakfast was also nice.

The front desk staff should proceed with normal check in process when available, rather than telling the customer to use kiosk while they are standing in the counter to see the customer spend some time on how to use it. The customer may need the check in service from front desk staff to quickly get the room for rest after a long flight. We see the old fashioned check in process was much better, when we arrived at the hotel and showed our passport, the front desk staff had the room key ready for us. Kiosk should be an option for customers who wish to avoid long wait times or when the front desk is busy.

Room isn’t large, but enough for short stay. Very convenient location, just beside the JR station and near the shopping malls too.
