Very central Hotel, but very bad service: thr room service closes at 11..00 pm but: after 10.00 pm they do not serve hamburger ! The staff at reception was very unfriendly. . in the corridor of mu floor there were several garbage bags that guest left our of the door : the stench in the elevator foyer was quite bad. Never again.

Water pressure is low during shower and do not have shower head, toilet bowl room lighting not working well (unable to adjust brightness.

It is convenient right in downtown and there is Starbucks and plenty of restaurants nearby

An older hotel but great service and lovely staff. Location good and walkable towards the main areas.

One of the best hotels we have ever stayed at. The emerald suit has really nice floor plan and view.

The hotel is conveniently located, with Monorail and Light Rail around 5 mins walk. The staff are friendly and helpful. There are many F&B options in the hotel.

Hotel is well

Great location right near Pike Market and with Ruth’s Chris Steakhouse on the ground floor... very modern design and quiet rooms... service is very friendly and water bottles in the room are complimentary. Sauna, steam, and gym are relaxing and very well kept, only concern was they advertised a lap pool which is no longer in the hotel.

Great hotel awesome location. The gym was great they have a sauna and hot tub. Parking also isn't too expensive. Definitely a plus in Seattle. The room we stayed at looked like they rushed to clean it. Hair was still in the tub...safe to say we didn't use it. When booking our room the descriptions categorize the room as "lake view". That should definitely be updated to say "city view" not "lake view". Kind of upset that we didn't know ahead of time because we would've upgraded if we would've known sooner. Also beware of construction being done in the city!!when we stayed 3 out of the 4 roads around the hotel were under construction. 2 of those roads were closed off and the city started work at 6am on Saturdays. 630am came around and there were jack hammers being used on the roads that could be heard on the 15th floor. All in all I would stay here again but would do more research before booking.
