Отель очень большой. В конце концов, он принадлежит InterContinental. На этот раз мы с кузеном привезли наших 90-летних родителей на отдых. Поскольку два номера, которые мы изначально забронировали, находились далеко друг от друга, было неудобно заботиться о наших родителях. The Crowne Plaza Shanghai Anting is impressive. The lobby is grand, the rooms are clean and tidy, and the bedding is soft and comfortable. The dining service is excellent, with delicious food. The gym is well-equipped and there is a children's play area next to the restaurant. Check-in at the front desk is fast, and the staff are friendly, making guests feel at home. Jasper and Derek are great.

My stay at Crowne Plaza was excellent. The room was spacious, bright and decorated in a warm and elegant style. The service was attentive and meticulous, and the staff were friendly and helpful. A nice stay at the hotel. At the front desk, a smiling attendant came up to me to ask about my needs and patiently and meticulously processed my check-in procedures. He also proactively introduced the hotel's facilities and services. The room attendant would clean the room carefully every day and leave a warm note. Jasper is kind, the reservation manager Sunny is very helpful.

I would like to offer a high compliment to the staff of this hotel. Firstly, the front desk staff demonstrated an extremely high level of professionalism, maintaining a constant smile and showing a friendly and enthusiastic attitude, which made the check-in process very convenient for me. The room attendants were extremely conscientious, and they would clean the rooms very thoroughly every day. Jasper and Anson are great.

The swimming pool was closed for a week of maintenance when I was there. The location is far from any of the main Shanghai sights you would want to see, probably an hour by metro and close to an hour by car due to the traffic. Rooms are lovely and spacious and good value for money, but unless you plan to play golf at the course right behind it, there's very little to do. You'll probably need to take a taxi to the shopping mall near Anting metro station to get any decent food or do some shopping. The buffet dinner at night is not cheap, but it's good value to treat yourself
