No warmer, when we ask the staff they say “boss shutdown”.. at night very cool.. without warmer.. hope they can improve on it But the staff very10x good and helping.. very recommended… tq aunty for help me send my thing to airport

Location is good. Just walk 2-4 min to Old town north gate. Easy to find. Clean, and staff help us a lot.

Good location. Walking distance to Dukezong Romantic Village. Rooms are spacious and clean however there is no air conditioning. They did provide us with a portable fan which was okay as it wasn't hot. Excellent value base on the price we booked.

An excellent hotel, well-located for anyone going to Dukezong Old Town. The ******* style rooms are very comfortable, and nicely decorated. The manager is extremely helpful and kind!

Very good and really convenient stay, it is just outside Dukezong ancient city, just 3 minute walk to the main door, this place is quiet too, the room was huge with seperated area, this stay also very good place to take ancient photos vibes 👍👍

Well located on the main road, 5 min walk to the north gate of Ancient Town. No air Cond, but weather was cold even in late June. Old building but room quite clean. Water replenished daily, towels thick and clean. Toiletries replenished daily if required. Front office staff young and helpful. Ample food choices nearby and inside old town. We took Bus No 3 to and fro Songzanlin Lamasery. Cost 2 yuan. Bus stops on road perpendicular to Old Town north gate.

The location was great, although it looks like the hotel is quite old, room was not really clean with some "bones" found on the floor, and some of the light bulbs need some changing.

The room is spacious, with heated floors, and is close to the old town of Shangri-La, a 5-minute walk away. The Tibetan-style room is quite unique.

The hotel is very close to the ancient town gate - maybe a couple of minutes at most. It is also very well suited to access the airport and not to far from the train station. The young lady working on the reception desk was very helpful, friendly and kind. Being a solo English speaking traveller (I don't speak any Chinese), i really appreciated how helpful she was, going out of her way to use the translation app to communicate with me. And when I came back from my day walking around the lovely ancient town, she recognised me and handed me my paperwork for Tibet which I had earlier forgotten to collect. The hotel room I had was a good size with a nice big window looking towards the ancient town. The room and bathroom facilities were good although the carpet looked a little old and marked. The bed was comfortable and the bed linen was good. The room heaters were a novelty but warmed the room well. The electric plugs for the heater, electric blanket were a little worrying hanging near the bed and one electric wall socket (power point) was hanging off the wall. The hotels interior could do with some general maintenance to make it look better.

Good hotel, good location Only one thing that does not have lift so we need to carry lugguage(luckyly that the girl helpesld us).

Nice facade. Room is large and spacious. Just beside the ancient town dukechong.
