Title: A Home Away from Home at Dahun Villa I recently had the pleasure of staying at Dahun Villa, and it was an unforgettable experience. The villa boasts a serene atmosphere and a unique architecture that utilizes indigenous materials, allowing it to blend seamlessly with the beautiful surroundings of Siargao. What truly made our stay exceptional, however, were the gracious owners and their attentive staff. The German owner was able to connect with my fiancé on a personal level, while the local owner shared our passion for sports, such as freediving. Their warmth and hospitality made us feel right at home, and they even went above and beyond by introducing us to their friends who are business owners in Siargao. Dahun Villa's immaculate rooms and facilities were another highlight of our stay, providing the perfect space to unwind and recharge. Their adorable little "Peter Parker" kiddo also brought a delightful energy to the place. Our experience at Dahun Villa not only inspired us to explore more of Siargao's beauty but also to consider setting up our own business to prolong our stay on this enchanting island. The connections we made with local business owners during our stay will be invaluable as we pursue this dream. Accomodating staff

The owner, ate Mel was really accomodating and friendly. She helped us with all the things we needed, she’s the One who looked and Booked our island tour, motorcycle and van transport for our convinience. Thank you! In terms of room, we Booked the attic which has 6 beds, very spacious and clean. Every room can cater x number of guest, 2, 4, 6, 8, 10 people. All rooms looks cool. The over all vibe of the place is very fancy and cozy. Ate Mel is planning to construct a Pool and it will complete the accomodation package. If I suggest or recommend, I hope ate Mel will put a bar for drinking session at night nonetheless it was an awesome experience staying at Dahun Villas resort.

We loved Dahun Villas! They are so cute! Carlo was very helpful in arranging the tuktuk and tours for our family. We would love to come back again!

This is a very unique property, surrounded by soothing sounds of nature at night. I especially loved the outdoor shower, and the cleanliness of the facility. Despite having visited while the island is still recovering from typhoon Odette, Marcus was very accommodating, and made us feel welcomed.

We stayed in Dahun Queen Villas for 4days/3nights with a package of island hopping and breakfast. When we arrived at the place, it looked like it was abandoned. They didn't even knew we were coming. They served the same undercooked breakfast everyday. My wife and I got diahrea and didn't receive any medical assistance because the caretaker, Marco is nowhere to be found. He overcharge us for everything he helped us actually. We were late at the airport because he had a detour that was not part of our trip. Before taking off the L300 he charged us 400 pesos for the trips he gaved us from the other tours we had from them wherein supposedly it's part of our package. He even charged us 500 pesos for the scratch on his tint of the vehicle's window which we didn't do but it was the fault of Marco. Not just that, we thought it was settled but he was asking us for 600 pesos for the payment of sending us to airport which then again part of the package We didn't pay him but he was insisting. He didn't even believed us because he was not familiar with our booking. We were at the gate 15 mins before the flight all because of the hidden charges and because he was so lazy to send us early. The place is nice but the caretaker is not pleasing to be with, disorganised, disrespectful, and irritating.

No pudimos reservar con Bg por problemas técnicos y solo dejaron pagar en efectivo, no aceptan VISA. 4.000 pesos por una habitación “delux” con desayuno. La habitación no tiene agua caliente, ni jabón, ni champú. Hay hormigas nada más llegar. Por la noche me pica un insecto local en el cuello. Curiosamente hay un enchufe dentro de la ducha, lo cual considero francamente peligroso. La wifi solo funciona de día y la señal apenas llega a la habitación. El desayuno: no hay leche, el café sin comentarios, no hay servilletas (finalmente nos ofrecen toallas pequeñas de baño). El 80% del resort está dedicado hostal pea surferos y creo que a eso deberían dedicarse.
