Fairly clean. You can tell it's an old hotel, but still good. Good customer service. Clean outside pool, jacuzzi needs cleaning. Our view was slightly obstructed, but still had good spots to take photos.

The place looks like Santorini but like on top of a mountain where you can see the amazing view of Taal Volcano. The staff are so friendly and nice, we did not have a hard time checking-in. They are also helpful and provided us with great assistance throughout our stay. Will definitely go back.

The place is quiet and peaceful. The view is great, our room is facing the lake. No restaurants but you can still order foods from them with a reasonable price

The hotel staff were accomodating but the building itself is old and due for renovation. I was initially at room 10 but the airconditioning was so low that I requested transfer to another room. Electrical sockets are pushed too far into the wall that almost all was unusable. TV and fridge were outdated that it cant even form ice cubes despite the coldest temp. Batteries for both remotes were not even replaced and had to manually press buttons on the cable and TV. Zumba and other activities that could be accomodated on their events center were hosted on the poolside where blaring speakers didn’t consider sleeping patrons on nearby rooms. Beds were squeaky and some of the frames are falling from their hinges.

Not worth it to stay. 1) poor amenities and not well maintain, many mosquitoes on the jacussi area 2) poor customer services saying no other available rooms but there still. 3) rooms are very old, door are hard to opn tv are not functioning well, beds at room 19 are broken qith foul smell at the rooms

I had the pleasure of staying at the estancia Hotel recently and was thoroughly impressed by the outstanding experience it provided. I especially enjoyed the diverse and sumptuous breakfast buffet that catered to different tastes and dietary needs. Conveniently located near popular attractions and public transportation, the Hotel made it easy for me to explore the city and enjoy its vibrant atmosphere. Overall, I wholeheartedly recommend this hotel for its outstanding service, comfortable accommodations, and exceptional value.

The hotel looks old, but the location is so beautiful . I just hope they can renovate some facilities but all in all we enjoyed our stay

Enjoy naman kami. Wag lang kayo mag book 6pm onwards kasi wala na silang front desk that time. Pero all in okay yung hotel and staff nila mababait lahat. Yung place ang ganda din good siya for family and barkadas ang laki ng place madaming pwedeng tambayan sa loob. 🫶🏻
