В отеле был 4-й или 5-й раз. Руководство отеля сменилось, но качество обслуживания по-прежнему высокое. Надеюсь, оно не изменится со временем. Великолепная оздоровительная зона, услужливый персонал и очень хороший ресторан.

Удивительное место для пар. Спа-услуги и сауны лучше, чем ожидалось. В номерах чувствуется роскошь и элегантность. Очень рекомендую.

Отель был хороший, весь персонал был услужливым, дружелюбным! Мы были здесь 2 дня, и за это время я могу отметить 2 вещи: 1. во время ужина нам с мужем пришлось ждать очень долго (около 1,5 часов), так как отель был полон, и большинство официанток должны были работать после своего рабочего дня, и их было недостаточно для полного зала. Конечно, они старались изо всех сил, но это было тяжело. 2. Когда мы приехали, нам дали очень холодный номер, и нам пришлось переночевать там одну ночь, но затем администратор был очень любезен, и мы смогли поменять наш первый номер на другой - теплый. Так что место было хорошим, персонал также приятный и услужливый, так что спасибо им всем.

A very pleasant stay at Andrássy. The rooms are spacious and the facilities around the hotel excellent - especially the spa, which is definitely the highlight. The food provided as part of board at Talu was tremendous, well deserving of its Michelin recommendation. All interactions with staff were warm and friendly, but I want to pay special mention to Lilla at the reception who was tremendously helpful throughout our stay. A few small downsides: 1. There is some visible wear and tear in our room, a few minor stains on the wall and scratched furniture. 2. Not all staff are proficient in English - especially some restaurant staff - but there is always one who is fluent around. 3. The spa closes at 8 pm, which in my mind is rather early for people who are out a busy day exploring the area. Nonetheless, I would say that none of these downsides are sufficient to detract from a well earned 5 star rating. I look forward to returning for a future holiday in Tokaj.

Staying at the Andrássy Kúria & Spa was genuinely one of the most relaxing and enjoyable experiences I’ve had in Hungary. From the moment I arrived, the staff made me feel welcomed with warm hospitality and attention to detail. The historic charm of the building, combined with its tasteful modern touches, gave the entire place a peaceful and refined atmosphere. It felt like stepping into a quiet, luxurious escape surrounded by nature and culture. The spa was the real highlight for me. After a day of exploring the nearby Tokaj wine region, unwinding in the thermal pool and sauna was pure bliss. I treated myself to a massage that was honestly one of the best I’ve had—completely relaxing and professional. Everything was spotless, beautifully designed, and calm, creating a perfect wellness sanctuary. It felt like time slowed down there. Evenings at the hotel were just as special. Dining in the restaurant was a treat—elegant dishes, rich flavors, and of course, the local wines were phenomenal. The staff gave great recommendations and knew the wine pairings perfectly. I left feeling completely refreshed, pampered, and already dreaming of going back. If you ever get the chance, I highly recommend it—it’s more than a hotel, it’s an experience.

We return to this place since 2012. We were amazed at the first time by the quality, this is the reason we drive to the other corner of the country. On the other hand this hotel is constantly investing to new services, so whenever we come we face some pleasant surprises. In January we discovered the restaurant was redesigned. Bobajka is not only a five star hotel restaurant but is an attraction by itself and has gathered many recommendations including Michelin. This time in August we discovered the outside pools were opened which was built with lots of care, the result is amazing. The staff is nice, helpful and professional.

Fairly inconsistent experience where some of the staff and the breakfast is the cause for stars falling from their 5-star sky. Some of the staff is top notch, and some I wonder what they are doing there at all. The cleaning staff for example are all wonderful. The SPA staff on the other hand barely look up when you come in, very few says good morning or hello and even less knows what a smile is. The breakfast buffet is a let down. Nice enough food but it is hardly a 5-star experience as the selection is limited. Now, dont get me wrong. The SPA itself is very nice. The hotel is clean, the beds are comfortable, the food is good and some of the staff makes up for the somewhat lack of attention from the rest of them. All they need to do is to train their staff a bit better, teach them that a smile carries a long way. If they were to send their F&B manager to a 5-star venue in Vienna, Prague or Budapest to get some inspiration, well, then perhaps the stars would'nt twinkle off and on.

One of the best hotels in Hungary and definitely a best on the region. Great mood, nice staff, beautiful rooms and the area is super nice. Food and wines are best of class. Super cozy beds, and well equipped rooms. The lobby/saloon is lovely. The spa is beautiful and always operates the massage and jacuzzi functions.

Every thing was perfect, nothing to complain about. The room is very beautiful and clean with king size bad and quality furniture. The spa is very relaxing with enough beds. The food is very good and the restaurant has Michelin recommendation. The staff is very polite and kind.

Very dissappointing experience – only nice hotel interior and wellness is not enough for 5 star hotel! Possitive points: very nice exterior (however, under reconstruction at this time for short period, pleasant and beatiful interior and wellness, kind staff at reception, great breakfast menu. But, all other aspects of hotel was disaster. To read reviews of hotel in advance, we would not decide to choose this hotel for this life celebration. Negative points: very bad dinner service at restaurant – totally mess of serving food, extremely long time to get meals (2,5 hours), average food quality, but the worst experience was with an approach and behaviour of hotel manager – totally unfriendly, unpleasant, arrogant, exactly opposite to pro-customer approach, which expect in any hotel with less stars! We decided to organize our anniversary celebration in this hotel with our friends. We travelled to hotel in advance to agree personally organisation and conditions of our stay and celebration. That was first and last good experience with staff of hotel, especially managers. After arrival, any agreement was valid from hotel manager! Firstly, agreement was to stay longer at restaurant for drink. At 11 pm, they stayed arround us to show us that we are not welcome there any more. Any willingness... At arrival, any promised welcome drink. When we asked about this drink, receptionist said – they did not offer us because we did not asked for it! Dinner from 3 meals and 3 courses menu took arround extremely 2,5 hours (despite we have small children to sleep early), some guests even did not get main meal or cake. There was a huge chaos and mess, waiters did not understand english. We asked for fork, we got pork meal. We asked for coffee and cake, waiter arrived with bottle of wine. They served a wine totally dissorganized, and at departure they asked a huge bill – no control about wine consumption. And when we noticed kindly about long time for dinner serving, hotel manager asked arrogantly: „You have a time!“ No excuse, no willingness to make a correction. Next day, same dinner dissaster! This very long time for serving was not a matter of number of waiters (enough for such restaurant), it is a matter of manager skills and organising them! It was a total fail of hotel and restaurant manager. We made a celebration at event hall, which is dedicated for such event. We agreed with manager to stay there as long as we want. It was very hot and stuffy, no windows, no air condition on. We asked a staff to switch on ventilation – we needed to ask triple when finally they switched on. Celebration was not loud, talks, sometimes playing a violin and dance of folklore group for 15 mins. Teatral arrival of hotel manager at midnight with extremely lound slamming the door and she started to shout that we need to stop a celebration otherwise she has threatened by calling police!!! Increadible behavior, she spoiled totally our celebration for which we paid lots of money. Next

Great atmosphere, friendly and attentive staff! We were met by a friendly receptionist and offered a nice glass of locally produced dry Tokaji wine. We got a large room for the four of us. Newly refurbished, the room and the rest of the hotel was of high standards. Great amenities and a fantastic bathroom with an excellent shower. Coffee machine and small chocolates. The receptionist arranged transportation to a winery nearby. The driver was knowledgeable and kind and spoke excellent English. He even took a detour to show us a nice church. We were not even charged for the trip. In the evening we had a 3-course meal in the hotel. Great food in the cozy restaurant. After a good night's sleep, we had an excellent breakfast and then we went to the Spa. Our son was impressed by the gym and we really enjoyed the indoor and outdoor pools, several different saunas, cold plunge pool, showers, and jacuzzies. Check-out time was 10 a.m., but we were invited to use the Spa all afternoon before leaving. All in all, we had a fantastic experience and will highly recommend the Andrassy Kuria & Spa.

The hotel is really nice with a beautiful indoor and outdoor spa area. The staff was very friendly (special thanks to Fanni and Csongar at the reception for their support making our holiday special and to Kitti and Robert for guiding us through the complex knowledge of Hungarian wines). We had a half board during our stay, which was really good quality (mostly an a la carte menu except on busy days) and the wines available to accompany the meal were among the best of the country. Overall an absolutely amazing experience that exceeded our expectations. Highly recommended.
