"We stayed here for two nights during our summer vacation trip. The room smelled awful upon check-in, followed by a large spider infestation. Later, we found stained sheets in the other room we booked. When we asked to change rooms, the front desk staff were arrogant. They changed one sheet, then said the other room was full and refused to resolve the issue. Luckily, we persisted and finally got a different room. We will never come back; the spiders were terrifying."

"Stayed for 4 nights while visiting family in Taunton. It is 30 minutes walk into town centre. More than happy with breakfast which was included with the booking. Friendly staff . You have to register car at reception at check in for the ample free parking. Harvester pub is located across car park."

"This is an accessible room. But it's far from accessible. Sticking as grab rail over a bath doesn't make it accessible. Power socket is a spur that they couldn't spend an extra 50cm of cable to put it accessible above the desk instead it's hidden below a desk where even mobile people will struggle... Shower head can't be taken from the rail so it makes it even harder to shower. Very disappointing Two person room and only provided a single milk pot? Went into services and paid two quid for bottle of milk."

"Hello, we are staying here with my girlfriend for the 2nd time. which we think is convenient for traveling Maybe check out earlier than other hotels But for us it's not a problem. There is a kitchen for customers. Can also cook If there is a chance, will definitely come to stay again."

"We have regularly stayed at The Greyhound over the last 18 months whilst dealing with family business. It has been a real haven for us. The accommodation has always been very good. Clean and comfortable. The food, both in the evening and the breakfast, has been consistently good. The staff have always been very friendly and helpful. In particular Karen in the morning has always been extremely helpful and supportive. Nothing has been too much trouble for her. We have no hesitation in recommending The Greyhound."

Ситуацию усугубило то, что мы приехали поздно ночью, находились более чем в трех часах езды от дома и путешествовали с двумя маленькими детьми, поэтому уехать и найти другое жилье было нереально. После нашего приезда Premier Inn признал, что о неисправности освещения было известно до заселения, подтвердил наличие проблем с чистотой и техническим состоянием номера и заявил, что номер не должен был быть предоставлен в таком состоянии. Несмотря на это, они отказались вернуть адекватную сумму. Это, безусловно, худший опыт, который у меня был с Premier Inn, и он значительно ниже стандартов, которые я привык ожидать от этой марки. "WOW This has to be one of the best places we go for an over night stay, rooms nice and clean and set up as expected. They have a restaurant in the hotel now and boy is it worth it, meal deal prices are so good and that your breakfast as well for 26.99, i had chicken tikka skewers and sticky pud, hubby had the tomato soup to start and its the best we have ever tasted even beats Heniz. kids ate well with the pasta choice and the staff can not do enough for you so happy and bubbly in their roles, Katie was the Duty manager on shift and was running her team in the restaurant so well no one was waiting for anything and it was nice to hear the staff talking and gigging. Deb was our chef in the morning for breakfast and she can cook, her pouched eggs are to die for !! thank you all for yet another stay see you in the summer."
