This seems like a business hotel. Clean and spacious. The only thing in such a big hotel they don’t have coin laundry and they don’t allow to store your luggage a few days before you check. I would like to be back to this hotel but with no laundry available I afraid not.

I seldom write negative comment, but this is worst experience i ever had. I stayed here for 3 nights, went to another prefecture and wanted to ask if i can place my luggage there before i head to the airport. They refused (which is fine), but one of the staff was very impolite and gave me a gesture he wanted a fight and gave me a “despising” facial expression. I really dont know why. It happened on Oct 4 1030am with their cctv on frontdesk as evidence. I asked for the in charge “佐x” for the name of this staff and he refused. If this is what hotel hospitality is, esp in Japan known for politeness, I have nothing to say…

My favourite hotel I stayed at in Japan. Wonderful staff, beautiful lobby and building. For a Japanese hotel room, it was the most spacious I had, loved the separate bathroom and toilet. Bed was comfy. Really loved the pop up lighted mirror for makeup. Super close to Otsuka station. Lawson across the street too. Hope I can stay here again next time.

第二次入住這家酒店 酒店工作人員非常友好 交通方便，jr大塚站步行3分鐘；小站，出站方便，新宿站和東京站走起來真的累 周邊可以逛的地方有，池袋，大塚商業街等 缺點是酒店裡沒洗衣機，在google map上搜尋coin laundry，我使用的洗衣店是 Koinrandoripierohigashiikebukuroten

這個酒店的位置在山手線，大塚站出站步行2分鐘的地方，酒店安靜奢華 餐食很好，位置方便離電車站也近，總之很棒！服務態度也很好

3-4回目の利用ですが毎回スタッフの方の対応が良くリピートしています。 今回は入ってまずロビーのクリスマスの装飾が目に入り華やかでとってもテンションが上がりました。フロントスタッフの方は荷物を預ける際もチェックイン・チェックアウト時もとても丁寧で安心感がありました。 お部屋も明るく清潔感ありアメニティも充実していて（ヘアターバンが地味にありがたい）女性1人でも安心して泊まれます。 また1人でもプライベートで夫婦でも泊まりたいホテルです。

十年前第一次入住貝爾的時候就覺得這是一個非常温馨的酒店，工作人員都很和藹。十年後這裏依然讓人非常安心，我每次都是住單人間，舒適感非常強，雖然房間小了些，但可以達到豪華型的舒適度。貝爾可以算是大塚住民的驕傲了

交通很方便，就在山手線大塚站邊上，大塚吃東西也方便，房間很寬敞，窗户還可以打開透氣，雖然在樓下就是山手線站台，但是窗户隔音很好

交通很方便，大塚站出來拐彎就到，車站另一邊商業區有很多好吃的店，酒店對面就是便利店，買零食飲料也很方便，房間很乾凈，照明很充足，亮點是房間的穿衣鏡雙側有燈柱，寫字枱桌板可以翻起來做化粧台，有鏡子和化粧燈光照明，非常適合有粧造需要的入住情況。

意想不到的舒服乾淨方便，就在大冢車站出來不到三百米，非常舒服的街區，我愛大冢！

酒店很乾凈，離車站1分鐘，相當便捷！

ทำเลที่ตั้งดีมาก ห่างจากสถานี JR otsuka ไม่ถึง 1 นาที (แต่เป็นทางลาดชัน) โรงแรมหรูมาก พนักงานบริการดี ห้องสะอาด ไม่ได้ใหญ่มากแต่ใหญ่กว่าที่อื่นในราคาเดียวกัน ชอบตรงที่ห้องอาบน้ำกับโถส้วมแยกกัน สุดยอดสุดๆ

호텔 깔끔하고 접근성도 좋았습니다! 친절하고 소음차단도 잘되어서 옆에 전철 소리 안들립니다 추천드려요

整體服務一流， 唯獨廁所燈是不能控制開關，長時間在廁所會自動關燈，有點不習慣
