RS Boutique Suites - City Place

the bed is sooo comfortable! I wish I knew where the mattress was from... haven't had good sleep like that in a very very long time.

This is a fake condo hotel offer. the host is illegally renting out a unitwithout the building security allowing for access to the unit. the directives given are ignored by the host and I was left without a place to stay waiting for over an hour with virtually no interaction with the host. managed to get someone on the line who kept asking me to contact the other person who wasn't answering. If this reviewing is confusing...just imagine the process. I would never deal with these people again but I imagine their scam will change names and offer the same illusion of an organized hospitality business under another name.

The advantages are: 1. Great location, 2. Parking available, 3. Well-equipped with household items, 4. Smooth communication and reasonable pricing. The disadvantages are: 1. Cockroaches found in the bathroom, 2. Several pieces of the vinyl floor are damaged and need repair, 3. One bedroom's window is broken, constantly letting in cold air and difficult to close, needing repair, 4. The electric kettle doesn't automatically turn off, posing a safety risk. If the host could take care of repairs/pest control, it would be a highly recommended accommodation option.

Lovely space for a one night stay. Quiet building. The only downside was the flooring in the main area. Gaps in the floor boards and pieces missing. I got a sliver in my foot and my partner snagged their sock and put a hole in it. Would definitely stay again but would bring slippers.

Very nice, only the thing it is the person in the reception about cuestión, he’s answer it is I don’t now. But the rest my family it is very happy. Thank you so much.

Nice room, the alarm for the room beeped the entire time we were there. Also, the floors are awful. A trip and safety hazard. That is something that should be fixed asap. For the price you pay thar should not be how the floor looks. The room itself it nice, spacious and has a nice balcony. The check in process stressed me out as the instructions when booking are not correct and I didn’t receive any emails leading up so I had to call a couple of times, I’m from the states so I needed someone else to call for me, so communication could be better. Besides that the rom was nice.

Easy check-in and check-out. Toiletary and cleaning products were abandent. Laundry made a huge difference for us.We loved the home feeling. We will book again if we. ever go to Toronto again.

The place was perfect for 5 people! It was within walking distance to the Roger Center and all the tourist attractions in Toronto. Everything was nice and clean and communication with the host was great!

I had a very disappointing stay at RS boutique suites. My code to enter the building didn’t work and we had to get the security guard to let us in, the coffee maker didn’t work, there were multiple aspects of the property in disrepair (panels missing from the blinds so you couldn’t change or sleep in past sunrise in the master bedroom, living room carpet was permanently curled up in one corner and cause me and another family member to trip, scratched up entertainment stand, multiple stains to the sinks), there were no top sheets on the beds, hard lumpy pillows and there was no conditioner or moisturizers in the room (they say free toileteries provided in their amenities section). There was no easy way to connect with someone from the management team to have these issues addressed. I emailed them about getting some conditioner (I flew into to Toronto for 24hrs to attend a funeral and just wanted to wash my hair after a long flight so I would be presentable for the ceremony) they told me they would get right back to me…24hrs later and still no answer. Also the $40 fee for “early” check in at 2PM (they refuse to do earlier) is enraging. I would not stay here again.
