Farther from downtown than anticipated, but that was my fault for not checking that out beforehand. Still, I used the airport shuttle to get back to the airport and from there I could get a train to downtown.

Our go to place when going through Toronto. Friendly and helpful staff. Love the cookies. Shuttle service to the airport.

Friendly staff, quick and effortless check in. Comfy room and bed and a shuttle to and from the airport. Handful of restaurants beside the hotel which makes grabbing a quick dinner nice and easy. Perfect for what you need!

The hotel staff were all friendly and helpful. My king room was nicely decorated. It had nice shampoo, conditioner and bath gel containers in the shower and ample towels. There is a nice restaurant and a Starbucks right in the hotel. It is very close to the airport and the shuttle runs 24 hours/day and takes less than 15 minutes. The room was cold when I arrived and though the thermostat as set to 20 it never got comfortably warm until I upped the stat to 26. The shower strength was quite reduced. I had to clean the intake screen of the hairdryer so it could work better. I would have preferred a chair to sit in rather than the chaise which took up a lot of room and wasn’t something many people would use. All told, it was an adequate room for my one-night stay but not worth the $200 I had to pay for it.

I arrived exhausted with three kids in tow and the woman at the counter was outstanding. She had us quickly checked in, kids got cookies and she offered to have the McDonalds I ordered brought up to the room when it arrived.

Great location. Staff friendly and efficient. Shuffle to AP convenient and right on schedule.

We stay one night only good check in but the Tv was not working and not action was taken the location is good close to restaurant good space to parking cars but expensive.
