Room and the property was very nice . The hotel is located right by the highway , so it can be noisy at times The breakfast is cold cereal coffee , juice an a muffin , nothing special at all The front desk staff is friendly and helpful They don’t do daily housekeeping, you need to ask for towels and trash removal

It was at a great location and the parking being free is a big plus!

Easy to check in and checkout.

Best, Clean and very friendly. We checked in very early- they were able to accommodate us. Excellent service.

ダウンタウンからは遠いですが、ローカルの方の話に寄ると治安がとても良いエリアみたいです。日本人の多いエリアなそうです。

I've stayed here many times and the property is always in good shape and the rooms clean and confortable. Keep up the good work.

I didn’t get my room cleaned. And I asked the front desk to have my shower drained cleaned out as it was plugged and they said they would work on it. And when I showered the next morning it was the same!

We received a room where the air conditioning wasn't working, we called, and they came up instantly. It was not instantly fixable, so they moved us to an upgraded room within 10 mins. Great customer service and guy was so friendly.

Air conditioner was very loud. Check in is too late. Cutting hours by late check in, but check out is the same time, is terrible business. Cheating people out of hours is a shame. Highly disappointed in that.

We had an issue with our room but Michelle quickly took care of us and placed us in a different room.

Toenail clippings in the room from a previous guest. Stained couch and ottoman. Could be cleaner overall. Very loud overnight with traffic noise and others guests slamming doors.
