Very convenient and easy access to the train station. The ambiance is nice and clean. Friend staff .

The hotel appears new or refurbished, and it's clean and well-located. There are restaurant options nearby, and it's just a 7-minute walk from the main train station. The mini kitchen with all utensils is a great convenience, and the staff is friendly. I will definitely stay there on my next trip to Toulouse.

コスパは最高。この価格でこんなにも広い部屋に泊まれるとは思っていなかった。夜遅くに外出しようとするとホテルの入口が閉められてしまうがそれ以外は全く問題なし。洗面所も広く、浴槽も付いていて日本人には嬉しい。

入住的是包含了厨房的房間，環境安靜、設計得體，設備乾淨新，有種家的感覺。而前台員工親切友善，會盡量幫助客人。

We stayed here one night at the end of a longer trip in Southwestern France before flying home from TLS. We chose the hotel for its city centre location and reasonable price. We opted for their rate that included the breakfast buffet. The positives are friendly staff, spacious rooms and a great central location. The negatives include furnishings a little worn around the edges, a long wood staircase leading up to the bed in a loft (a low ceiling that must be remembered in the middle of the night or else you will smack your head) and a small, unsatisfying breakfast buffet. We also did not care for the awkward shower design or the square pillows. Overall, our needs were met for a reasonable price. Three stars in this case means to consider what’s important to you. This hotel may be a good choice.

This is not a 4 star hotel, maybe just a 3 star. The room was quite dirty, with a dirty floor, dirty walls and a damaged decoration. They told me, that if I wanted to have a room as shown on the web, I had to pay more... Very poor in general

We loved our stay here (5 nights). Good location and walking distance everywhere. Near trainstation, supermarket (Carrefour City) and a very good boulangerie just down the road. Quiet area. No noise at nights. Polite and helpful employees. Will stay again.

We came to Toulouse for a wedding. The staff at Odalys City Toulouse Colombélie was so professional, kind and accommodating. Anaise And Emré at reception went out of their way to be helpful. We asked for an iron and they offered the ironing board, too. On the day of the wedding it was raining and they offered us umbrellas. We were transferring to the Odalys near the airport and Emré called for us to see if we could get a shuttle to transfer our luggage. They both made our stay at Odalys Colombélie extraordinarily smooth, pleasant and comfortable. We highly recommend this hotel!

This hotel is very well, placed for visiting Toulouse. It is close to the main shopping area and restaurants. The staff are friendly and really helpful. all you need to enjoy a stay in this very interesting City.

Liked - Facilities in very good condition, as well as the room. The room offers all the conditions for eating meals right there. The breakfast is reasonable, but expensive. The location is great since is 10-15mints walking to the center, has a pharmacy and supermarket near by. Disliked - The photos on Booking don't match what we found, as the room for two people is much smaller than the photo on the website. In addition, Booking doesn't mention the pre-authorization "debit" of 150.00e, which is not refunded to us on the last day, but when your bank released (2 days and still awaiting). This informations can only be found in the document sent by the apartment, and of course in small print. Another aspect that is not mentioned is the cleanliness of the room, which must be taken care of by the guests.

Arrived for business on end of holiday in France and had major issue with the WiFi related business meetings. Felt there was no no SOP or security on IT login system. For max IT security combining business/leisure recommend more trustworthy, secure establishments
