The location is great. The room very clean. Just the bed needs upgrade, a bit uncomfortable.

Fair hotel, in a great location. Very beautiful historical building, but also very old building with rickety floors. However, it’s well kept, clean and staff was very pleasant. The interior of the building is very interestingly decorated, almost like a period museum. I’d stay again. 👌

一家黑店，無免費停車，卻宣傳有免費停車，無早餐，沒水喝，睡一覺後全身發癢，可能被蟲子咬了，衞生間小且遠，黑燈瞎火，晚上不敢上洗手間，房間很小，轉身都難，沒洗漱用品，30間房衹我們住，一直擔驚受怕！有所謂100多年歷史，設施老舊破爛！

A delightful stay at an old hotel that has revamped the plumbing etc but still left the historic atmosphere intact. William Morris pattern carpets, a library you shouldn't miss, and right on the street where you can roam small eclectic shops and eateries.

My son and I stayed one night in Williams on our way to the Grand Canyon. Jonathan met us with a warm welcome. The hotel is being renovated and Jon and Sarah are doing welll finding a balance between maintaining the historic construction and quirkiness and modernizing to meet traveler’s needs. Room was very clean and beds we’re comfortable. I highly recommend passing through Williams and staying at the Historic Grand Canyon Hotel.

We so enjoyed our short overnight at the Historic Grand Canyon Hotel - under new ownership, this lovely old building has been lovingly restored and it is so charming and quaint!! We slept well and the location cannot be beat! All the best to Sarah and Jonathan in this new venture!

We arrived at a very different kind of hotel, then what we have used during our trip. There are many different styles in this hotel, and the rooms are somewhat different. We stayed in a small 1 bedroom, with a window out to nowhere (kinda fun), we slept alright, and have no complaints about the hotel. Do be advised that there are no staff in the hotel, after a certain hour, until next morning.

Loved the charm and character of this historic hotel, she sits on the best corner in Williams. Shopping, restaurants, and Grand Canyon train, are all a short walk. No Tv, so bring a book. If you like old westerns this place is for you.

The rooms that I stayed in were nice. The air conditioning unit in room 1160 was very loud. The restaurants were great. My only complaint is that one of my suitcases was damaged by one of the employees when it was being transported from the Maswik Lodge at the Grand Canyon back to the Grand Canyon Hotel on Monday, September 4th, 2023. I informed the receptionist at the hotel concerning the damage. She told me to write an incident report. She also told me to take some pictures of the damage that was done to the suitcase during the transport and send them to her email address. I turned in the completed incident report and I also sent the pictures to her email address. She told me that she would give the incident report to a woman named Susan Carver. She also stated that she would send the pictures to Susan Carver's email address and that Susan Carver would contact me before the week was over to discuss the damage that was done to my suitcase. It is now September 24th and Susan Carver never called me. No one from the Grand Canyon Hotel has contacted me. A warning to anyone who does stay at the Grand Canyon Hotel when you plan a trip to the Grand Canyon. You might also have the same thing happen to your luggage that happened to mine.

I really loved this cute hotel, a lovingly restored old stagecoach hotel and right on Rt.66. It's a little like stepping back in time, furnished in period antiques; but with modern plumbing, electricity, and wifi! It's walking distance to several good restaurants, the Grand Canyon Railroad depot is two blocks away, and the shuttle bus to Flagstaff is also walking distance for people who travel on Amtrak. I prefer non-chain hotels that give me a more regional experience, and The Grand Canyon Hotel really delivered!
