Шэньцзямэнь, Чжоушань: Отели

We are here to visit the putuo island. Prefer to stay around the town than in the island itself. The room is clean and nice, standard Atour configuration if you know what I mean. Front desk was apologetic due to some issues with one of my families member passport until the police have to call and verified. The front desk was not experience enough but they did provide us a free breakfast the next following days. Appreciate. The location wise is fine. The actual town is slightly far off from this hotel but it is within walking distance. If travel with senior, better get a didi.

Отель недавно отремонтирован, предлагает чистые и современные удобства, а также отдельные ванные комнаты с влажной и сухой зоной. Для удобства гостей предоставляется бесплатная парковка. Обслуживание здесь радушное и внимательное; персонал заблаговременно бесплатно повысил категорию номера. До большого рынка морепродуктов Дунхэ, где можно купить свежие морепродукты и забрать их с собой перед отъездом, можно дойти за десять минут. Это отличное место для паломничества на гору Путо.

Great location, but the first room we got assigned smelled like cigarrettes. People smoke in the hotel near the elevators. The queen sized bed consists of 2 seperate matresses. The wireless charging was only on one of the two nightdesks. Good enough but not special breakfast. Note: No EU charging ports

Service by the guy who picked us up from the airport is excellent. 10/10!!! Our luggage was damaged during the flight, he called someone to help us repair it. We were short on time for the ferry sailing to Mt Putuo due the weather conditions, that day sailings will be cancelled, (we got to chat in the van when he picked us up from the airport), he said we can just leave the luggages at the front desk and then hurriedly sent us to the port, good thing we made it. That's superb customer service!!! He didn't even want to get a tip, eventually we gave him some dried mango packs from the Philippines. The front desk guy though is a different story, he was super slow, did not know how to handle checking in of foreign passport holders I think. He has our passports and had to ask us our birthdays!! It was also difficult for him to understand the visa dates (expiry and issue dates), and he kept on asking when we arrived, it is just there stamped opposite the visa page, we just actually arrived that day, this is our first hotel. Anyway, free pick up from the airport is best and free sending to the port and then lastly also to the bus station. Great service.

訂房時備註了希望高一點的樓層，（因為臨街，怕太低的樓層會吵鬧）入住時前台告訴我幫我辦理最高樓層11樓，當時沒考慮到高温天太陽曬下來會特別熱，所以一進房間就聯繫了前台希望換房間，但是前台告知沒有多餘房間了。。。。。 後面空調持續打了一個多小時還是沒有涼快起來，於是又打電話，前台讓開22度，開了一會兒還是涼不下來，繼續打電話要求換房間才給換到了3樓。 住店的客人如果沒有經驗，那麼前台其實可以告知頂樓會比較熱，或者入住時直接安排非頂樓，而不是在要求換房間時忽悠客人沒有多餘空房而讓客人繼續將就！

酒店地理位置優越，鬧鐘取靜，周邊美食購物都挺便捷的，可步行至凱虹商業廣場，據當地人推薦的小蜜蜂麪館也可步行前往。酒店前台服務熱情周到，能快速響應並妥善解決賓客的問題和需求。酒店房間寬敞明亮，設備設施略顯陳舊，好在床墊硬度適中，枕頭柔軟，空調靜音效果很好，配備了智能馬桶，提升了整體入住體驗。酒店自助早餐中規中矩，提供海鮮麪和帶魚、鰻香等當地特色美食。酒店性價比超高，強烈推薦！

酒店位於沈家門濱港路的黃金地段，面朝大海，與普陀山隔海相望，距半升洞碼頭很近，去普陀山方便，周邊還有沈家門夜排擋、商業購物街等，出行、遊玩、就餐都很便捷。前台接待熱情，有問必答，客房阿姨服務也周到，房間衞生乾淨整潔，部分房型直麪大海，是海景房，客人可以在房間裏看漁船、吹海風，景色不錯。
