這個酒店看起來挺新的，但實際上不太好。熱水的水龍頭有問題，洗澡很難受。

The place was alright for sleeping and resting. Rooms were clean and properly equipped with tv, clean bed sheets and comforters, a blow dryer and working ac. The free breakfast was ok too, nothing fancy but fresh. Price rate was reasonable for what the hotel offered.

perfect service, 24 hour room service with the biggest menu that I have ever seen. Awesome property layout. Great english speaking staff. Reminded me of a small Hawaiian Hilton Resort located in Tijuana. 3 Amazing restaurants with super attentive wait staff and cooks. Great daily brunch. Wonderful rooms with balconies.

Нам не хватало геля для душа, и мы его так и не убрали. Но еда в отеле была хорошей, и нам понравился aviance. Несколько шумных людей в 3 часа ночи, но в остальном все было отлично

地理位置很好，周圍幾百米範圍，有很多不錯的餐廳和超市，特別推薦馬路對面的Steakhouse品質很好。建議入住要求不要住馬路那一邊的房間很吵，另一邊有不錯的高爾夫球場風景也安靜。

Well, knowing that this hotel belongs to the Marriott family, it is surprisingly basic. Of course clean but with little care in the interior, the lights the way the customer is received, in general, small things make life better, and here at this Marriott could have been improved very easily. In Tijuana people travel by Uber or taxis from the hotel for many reasons, especially because of poor public transportation, thus, customers wait in the hotel lobby for their taxis, and many customers can coincide at the same time, and there is only a sofa and two armchairs (3 squeezed and 2 like Winston Churchill in single seats) and nowhere else to rest yourself or your bags. This is making the experience a bit off a sort of train station-ish platform. The breakfast is acceptable, providing all you need, but the the dinning area is very dark, badly lighted, to be honest you can’t hardly guess the time at all. The furniture there is very cheap, and doesn’t make you feel I want to read tye newspaper while having breakfast but I just want to finish and leave this 7/11 store. I am sure that I might sound a bit picky, but I am not, it is very easy to make small changes, non expensive that can improve the whole experience greatly. It is a Not a cheap place to stay, let’s remember this.

It is the best place in Mexicali. I will use that whenever.

This is by far the best experience I've received at this hotel. The gentleman that was their to check us in after midnight was great. The breakfast guys are super nice and super helpful. Patricio is such a great and helpful person. This time was a gear stay. Thank you all very much. My family was happy.

El joven que estuvo en recepción el 19 de julio, por la noche, no es amable en lo absoluto. Desconoce de elemental educación y hasta capacitación para ese puesto. Es la primer cara que ven los huéspedes al llegar para que no salude, no sonría, no de bienvenida. Se limita a preguntar si se tiene reservación, el nombre del huésped; a entregar la llave y decir el número de habitación. Eso es todo. Deja muchísimo qué desear en cuanto a amabilidad y cordialidad. Las instalaciones bien en general, a excepción de la puerta de cristal de la entrada. Una puerta de 2 hojas de cristal enormes, que deberían ser automáticas, pero que no funcionan y ponen a los huéspedes a estarlas abriendo y cerrando (con mucho esfuerzo), cada vez que requieran entrar o salir del hotel. Los 6 días de mi estancia, tuve que estar arrastrándolas para abrirlas y cerrarlas cada vez que necesité salir o entrar del hotel. Es increíble que no las hayan podido reparar, o mínimamente, dejarlas abiertas para que los huéspedes pudieran entrar y salif con facilidad y no tener estar batallando. Eso deja muy mala impresión del hotel. Los desayunos muy ricos y bien servidos. La camarera muy amable, limpia y bien hecha en su trabajo.
