Расположение на высшем уровне, без всяких сомнений. В шаговой доступности почти все в старом городе. Номер немного устаревший, вот несколько моментов. В зоне отдыха местами треснула плитка, есть заостренный край, что опасно для детей, если они будут бегать. В ванной комнате в душевой кабине местами образовалась черная плесень. Хуже всего унитаз: он смывает, когда вы еще на нем сидите, и при смыве вода постоянно проливается. В остальном, персонал дружелюбный. И последнее: очень медленный лифт, и когда вы спускаетесь, вам, возможно, придется останавливаться на каждом этаже, так как здание общее со всеми остальными.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. When we checked in they upgraded our room to a business suite. This was so unexpected and we loved it! It was so comfortable and provide the perfect amount of space so when one needed to work in the evening, the other person wasn’t disturbed. The en-suite bathroom was fantastic - the dual vanity was perfect for both of us to get ready at the same time. Also, it had a massive bathtub and separate shower- great for those who might want to unwind after a long day. The bed was very comfortable and it had great sound proofing. The only drawback was that the AC didn’t work well in the suite- even though we tried to lower the temperature, we weren’t able to bring it lower than 25 degrees. As it is summer, being able to lower the AC would have been helpful as it did get a little stuffy in the room at night. The staff at the front desk were very helpful. From recommendations on how to visit several of the villages we were interested in going to, to recommendations for specific Guizhou dishes to try at the night market, they were so kind and pleasant. The day we checked out it was pouring. The staff were kind enough to lend us umbrellas so we could go for a short walk to get coffee before our trip to the train station. The facilities were great and well maintained. A good really gym with lots of equipment / treadmills/ weights etc so you could work out. It closes at 11pm (as does the laundry). They only have 2 washer/ dryer combinations so while laundry is free to do, it could take a while as the shortest wash cycle was approximately 30 min, and then you still had to factor in dry time (as it’s the same machine). The hotel is located in the center area so there are lots of shops, and huge underground mall, night market, parks, cafe and bakery all within walking distance. As it’s centrally located, it’s very easy for didi to find/ schedule pick up. We loved our time in Kaili and our stay at this hotel. We will definitely return for a second visit!

The breakfast was another highlight of our stay. It offered a wide variety of delicious options, catering to every taste — from fresh fruits and pastries to hot dishes and local specialties. Every morning felt like a real treat! The view from the hotel is simply breathtaking, offering an impressive panorama over the city. It’s the perfect spot to relax and take in the surroundings, whether during sunrise or at night when the city lights sparkle below. The location couldn’t be better — everything we wanted to see and do was within easy reach, making it the ideal base for exploring the city. Our room was spacious, beautifully maintained, and equipped with every imaginable facility for a comfortable stay. From modern amenities to thoughtful details, everything was designed with the guest’s comfort in mind. Overall, we had a wonderful experience and would absolutely come back again. We highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a memorable and relaxing stay!

Они с энтузиазмом отвечали на любые вопросы и активно знакомили нас с живописными окрестностями. Припарковавшись у западных ворот, мы сели на автобус в туристическом центре. Нам не пришлось ехать на экскурсионном автобусе: наш дворецкий встретил нас и помог с багажом. Отель находился в нескольких минутах ходьбы, избавляя от необходимости стоять в длинных очередях. Мы также попробовали батик, где нам предоставили фруктовые напитки и средство от комаров, что было очень любезно. Смотровая площадка также находится совсем рядом, всего в нескольких минутах ходьбы.

Zhijin Resort is a peaceful retreat surrounded by beautiful mountain scenery. The rooms are clean, spacious, and designed for comfort, with many offering stunning views of the natural landscape. The resort has a calm, welcoming atmosphere, making it perfect for relaxation after a day of exploring. Staff are friendly and attentive, always ready to help. The dining options include both local and international dishes, which adds to the convenience of staying on-site. While it’s located a little outside the city center, the serene environment and fresh air make it well worth the stay.
