Freundliches und hilfreiches Personal. Der Hoteldirektor schreibt eine persönliche Email mit der Empfehlung eines ruhigen Zimmers 🙂 (sehr hilfreich beim Einchecken) EINMALIG IN DER WELT!!!

The location of the property was good as I was in transit and needed a new place to freshen up, rest and prepare for my next flight. I had about a 25 minutes wait for the hotel shuttle though. I was really tired and quite exhausted so that wait time was a bit much for me.

Номер был аккуратным, тихим и чистым. Кровать была очень удобной, а завтрак включал яичные блинчики и мясные котлеты. Йогурт и молоко тоже были хорошего качества, что считается хорошим для американского завтрака! Однако в номере пахло духами или ароматерапией, к чему я не привыкла. Отель расположен на боковой улице, на углу находится бар, что немного беспокоило меня, когда я выходила вечером. До набережной реки около 8 минут ходьбы, вдоль которой расположен популярный ресторан барбекю. Музей Аламо находится примерно в 13 минутах ходьбы. В целом, очень хорошее соотношение цены и качества!

剛剛在達拉斯機場轉機，過夜一晚，機場周邊很多酒店，選了這家。攜程上的評價很多是抓取外網的英文評論，差評不少，評分偏低。我上bookings去查，這家酒店評分卻是8分以上 不輸給附近的大酒店。在米國住一晚5-6百元人民幣，酒店配有免費機場穿梭巴士，包2人早餐，也知足了。實際上，酒店是老了點，但衞生和服務都很好，沒有一些老外評價那麼不堪。去機場的穿梭中巴是逢整點發車，機場去酒店的班次就不定的，需要下機後電話打給酒店前台，告訴她，你在哪個客運大樓，讓司機穿梭於幾個客運大樓時能捎上你。DF/W機場居然有ABCDEF幾個客運大樓，樓之間需要坐小火車的。每個客運大樓的Ground Floor路邊都有接機的出租車停靠區域，各個酒店的大巴停在紫色牌Courtesy Vans的區域，不少旅客等待着的。酒店車的車身都有印酒店名字和Logo，如果滿意的話別忘了塞一點小費給司機，他們底薪低，靠這個改善生活。

오래된 호텔이라 리모델링 했다고 해도 걱정하며 들어갔는데.
로비랑 리셉셤도 평범해서 그런가보다 했는데,
세상에나 객실은 깔끔하고 엄청 모던했어요~~~
아쉬웠던건 베개, 세계 어느 곳에서도 느꺼보지 못한
솜이 잔뜩 엉켜서 뭉쳐있는 베개였는데 그래도 불편하지는 않고
심지어 꽤 편했네요~ 한편으론 솜까지 빨아버리니 청결한건가
싶기도 했습니다 ㅎㅎ
그리고 오래된 호텔이라 리모델링 했어도 배관까지는 바꿀 수
없었겠지요.
ㅡ.ㅡ;;;;; 양치물 꼭 생수를 추천합니다.

Everything okay but the breakfast same thing for both days and no juice for breakfast and the reception guy was very rude he throw the pen at me and was yell this happens on Friday night doing check in time ..and the other thing no pool but besides that everything els okay I will book again if I ever go back to Dallas Tx

衞生：衞生還可以挺乾淨

ГГостьHad a quick work trip and was looking for a place that I could get easily back and forth to and from the airport. Grateful for the shuttle service provided by the hotel and for the driver Perry. He is truly a gentleman who cares about his passengers. Quite thoughtful. Given some of the reviews, I was little concerned arriving at the hotel BUT I could not have been more pleasantly surprised. It seems some of the reviews may be for some of their other locations which share the same name. This hotel was spotless. It is less than a year old. The rooms are spacious, clean, comfortable bedding, pillows, lots of outlets and USB ports throughout, and the bathroom stocked with Dove hand wash, lotion, shampoo, and soaps. The common areas are also great--the gym, the bathrooms, the coffee/tea area, etc. They are well designed and equipped with plenty of seating and charging capability. Also, I want to give a shout out to front desk clerk Cindy. She was working extremely long hours each day I was there and helpful at every turn when I had a question. Others mention the noise of the nearby interstate--that was not a problem for me as I travel so much that I bring with me a hand sized white noise machine. Makes a huge difference. Would stay here again.

ГГостьThe hotel looks more run down than the photos portrayed. Homeless people just around the corner, and that made us a little uneasy... but they seemed to keep to themselves and posed no immediate threat. Wallpaper peeling in multiple places, shower curtain torn at 2 places where attached to the shower rod, wires under AC exposed and could pose a tripping hazard. The room is dark, with 4 lamps and one wall light by the door. The lamps just lit the room somewhat. The bathroom lights were also dull.
Beds were comfy. Shower was nice, needed a slip mat though. View out the back windows was awful.
And on Thursday nights and maybe the weekend, there's an outdoor band playing right next door, loud enough to keep you awake into early hours.
Only 1 of the 2 elevators was operating, and it broke down twice on two different days. The staff was very quick at getting it fixed, and it seems this is a common occurrence with a note on the wall giving a warning.
Breakfast was good, but bacon would have been nice.
The staff was amazing, sweet, and considerate of our needs. If you don't mind ”not new”, then this hotel would be nice for you.

ГГостьHadn't stayed at The Kendall for several years, so was looking forward to this trip. This is an older, historic property so I knew what to expect. It was nice to see that the bar and restaurant were open. The renovation was done really well. The outdoor patio offered a very nice view. The room, however, was a disappointment. The gap around the door barely allowed the lock bolt to catch. It also allowed an awful lot of light in the room. The bed or the room tilted so the foot end of the bed was higher than the head end. The mattress, and I use the term loosely, felt as old as I am. Reminded me of the feather beds at my grandma's hose as it caused you to roll to the middle of the bed. The shower in the old claw foot tub sprayed water over the shower curtain onto a bookshelf that was hanging on the wall and soaked the few items we had placed there. Thankfully, the supply of towels in the room was enough to clean up the water on the floor. The large water bug didn't seem to mind the added moisture.
I really like this motel. I hope the owners will take the time to notice the little things that make staying at an older property enjoyable.

ГГостьThey say nothing is perfect, but this hotel came close! We received a friendly greeting upon entering the lobby, the check-in process was effortless, and although they didn’t have adjoining rooms they ensured that the second room was mere feet away. They allowed us to check-in a bit early into one room and called within 30 mins to inform us that the second room was ready. They also provided the cooktops so that we could make hot meals for our families. Everyone we encountered was very accommodating from the breakfast staff to housekeeping. Hot breakfast was a plus. The only drawback was that the ice machine was inoperable on our floor so we had to venture down to the first floor to retrieve ice.
The rooms were clean, modern, large and definitely accommodated a family of 5 (2 rooms for total of 10 guests). Many restaurants and plenty of shopping is minutes away, but nothing that shares the same street as the hotel although there is a McDonald’s across the highway inside a gas station. I think not being surrounded by eateries helped navigate entering and exiting the parking lot. Total consensus is we will return soon!

Came back to visit family for the holidays, and stayed at this hotel because we have stayed here many times in the past and it has always been one of the cleaner hotels in town. It was always a pleasant, quiet stay in one of the nicer hotels outside the downtown area. But It has changed management, and it is no longer a relaxful stay. I expected families with children running loudly down the halls because it is close to SeaWorld. What I did not expect was music being played through loudspeakers by the pool as early as 8 AM on some days going on until 10:30 in the evening on weeknights. I even called downstairs multiple times one evening when I wasn’t feeling well and was told that there was nothing they could do. I heard a baby crying in the next room while music blared at 10 o’clock at night, which is just inappropriate on a Tuesday. So if you have young children or are traveling on business or just simply want a good nights sleep, look elsewhere.
