Reasonable rate for a room over the Easter bank holidays in a good location for the train station and to get food. Generally clean comfortable room and bed. Would stay again.

Номер был чистым и опрятным. Сотрудника, который меня регистрировал, звали Инду. Профессиональное обслуживание. Тепло, дружелюбие, педантичность, терпение. Менеджер тоже очень приветливый, дружелюбный и внимательный к гостям. Весь персонал очень приветлив и дружелюбен к гостям. Очень мне помог. Есть кухня самообслуживания, столовая, бар, кинотеатр и другие удобства. Это мой любимый хостел. Остановлюсь здесь снова в следующий раз.

The site is a bit far away from train station but kind of close to the city centre with only 15 mins walk. The staff and services there were great, the breakfast was luxurious and delicious. Just there were some stains on the pillow cover, and the temperature of bath cannot be adjust accurately. The water was either too cold or too hot.

The room description was incorrect. The room was really tight for 5 person. We booked for 1 double bed, 1 single bed & 1 bunk bed, but we get 1 double bed bunk bed & another 1 bunk bed. It's difficult for elderly to climb up the bunk, we ended up pay for another 2 single beds in a separate room. The gave us a little discount for it.

Мы снова прекрасно провели время. Персонал всегда дружелюбный и услужливый. Завтрак отличный. До Йорка легко добраться от отеля Wheatland Lodge, как пешком, так и на автобусе. За последние 3 года мы были здесь 12 раз, и я определенно рекомендую этот отель всем.

We stayed in Room18. Landlady was very helpful, polite and let my kids play on the pool table. Abit of a pain with the parking but allowed me to use their personal car space which was very kind, even offered to pay for my parking ticket to start with. Hallways are warm and well lit. I would stay here again. Thank you

The room was really well presented as was the rest of the building. Had a good size tv with all the smart apps you need. Cooking facilities worked well with enough to cook dinner and breakfast. Communication was really good with clear instructions and easy remote access. Would visit again.

Clean cozy lots of amenities perfect location comfy bed nice bathroom nice and  warm tea coffee  facilities hairdryer and iron  Everything needed in one room thank you we will stay again
