When we first walked in, there was someone standing at the front desk waiting to greet us. We booked online, so we didn't get a choice of room, but he promptly switched our side because be said the side the sight put us on the noise side. For the price we paid, the room was worth it.

Cleanliness was ok but they need more new shower equipment and the room appliances were old.

Husband and wife getaway night

This is my second visit to the Baymont Inn & Suites. I found it to be as clean and quiet this time as I did a year ago. It's location is away from the city center but close to the I-465 bypass. The hotel has free parking. The area felt safe enough for me to venture out on foot. Within 1 block is a Texas Roadhouse, Panera Bread, Starbucks, Cousins Subs, Payless Liquors, Azzip Pizza. Within one half mile are most of the fast food chain restaurants and a Walmart. Check in was fast and friendly. The lobby is spacious and clean. The property features an elevator for guest use to access the second floor. My suite was two rooms consisting of a bedroom with a comfortable queen size bed with clean linens and a TV. The other room featured a sofa, an armchair, a writing table and chair, and a television. A hall connected the two rooms containing a wet bar with a very cold mini-fridge. The bathroom was clean and an adequate size. All the amenities were correct throughout the rooms and functioned properly. I wasn't aware of any issues with noise coming from within or without the hotel.

It was easy to check in

Некоторые места имеют воду настолько мягкой, что человек никогда не чувствует себя чистым. Кровать была удобна с большим количеством различных подушек; хороший выбор. Телевизионный монитор большой и отзывчивый. Все огни работали и хорошо читались. Все было покрыто пылью от строительства. Завтрак леди сделал все, но не хватило сидений и пыли в воздухе. Когда мы впервые приехали, мы не знали, как попасть на передний стол, чтобы проверить. (Когда вы закончите ремоделирование?!) Леди с зелеными / голубыми волосами пыталась быть милой, но я не ее ”мягкая”. Трижды она называла меня медом или медом. Я 73 года. Моя жена стоит прямо там. Как насчет немного уважения?

Heating unit wouldn’t work part of the time during stay. Had to turn off and on to get it to work properly. 5:30AM rolls around and fire alarms are going off because something in one of the backrooms caught fire. Smelled like smoke for a good portion of the day but at least clear by the evening.
