Кроме дороговизны, недостатков нет. Окружающая среда и удобства отличные. Номер немного старый. Завтрак — большое удовольствие для тех, кто, как я, любит западную еду, с разнообразными вкусными блюдами.

Этот отель — настоящая жемчужина. Расположение, дружелюбный персонал, номер, исторический бонус — всё это делает пребывание здесь незабываемым. Нам здесь очень понравилось. Моя кровать была просто невероятной. В целом, это было замечательное пребывание. Хочу поблагодарить персонал отеля за помощь. У нас было много чемоданов и инвалидная коляска. Они помогали нам с момента нашего прибытия в отель. Еда в ресторане превосходная, и выбор очень большой. Мы обязательно остановимся здесь снова. Спасибо!

It’s amazing maybe best hotel in Vigo, like castle but modern style I am sure you will like it.

It is really a good hotel located in front of the beach, beautiful view, friendly staff, modern and cozy decoration, clean and spacious room! The breakfast was fantastic with many voices of breads , hams and cheese! Only two little things need to be improved : 1) the coffee machines in the breakfast restaurant, there was a button for cappuccino, but it came out the chocolate milk not coffee. I believed something wrongly set to the machines! 2) the english standard of the staff, we found only the reception staff could speak english very well, but when we dialed the extension to the bar and room services, we needed to wait someone who could understand and translated to the related dept.! Other than that, everything was perfect! Highly recommend to my friends and sure we will come back again next time!

Un hotel situado en el centro, ubicación excelente. Para nosotros algo recargado en su decoración y algo desfasado. Habitaciones muy grandes y camas enormes. Creo que nos asignaron una habitación de menor categoría al coger una oferta. Vistas a un patio oscuro y los suelos del baño algo sucios.

a very nice and cozy hotel Fall in love with it at first sight. The staff was very nice too. Introduced everything we need know for our few days' trip in Santiago. Only 10 to 15 mins away from Cathedral.

El hotel está en una zona inmejorable, las vistas son directamente al puerto y el trato del personal es inmejorable.
